I've used several storage facilities over the years, including this North Arlington location when it first opened. Based on my recent experience, I would not recommend renting a unit located in the drive‑in area right outside the glass doors. We've had water enter our unit, and although an employee placed a cardboard box down to help, cardboard obviously doesn't stop water. Regardless of the explanation, the bottom line is that you pay for a dry, safe, climate‑controlled space that protects your belongings from the elements -- and this unit did not provide that. I was also told a sandbag had been placed to block the water. While I did see some sandbags lying around, none were actually in front of my unit. Maybe one had been there at some point, but it wasn't there when I arrived. Additionally, I've noticed that the garage exit door has become very loud, and its sensor seems inconsistent -- sometimes it opens when you drive up to it, and other times it doesn't. I did speak to an employee yesterday, regarding the water issue - I asked if there was another unit same size on the first floor and there currently isn't. So I asked if an adjustment could be made on the pricing. Your stuff shouldn't get wet in storage. read more

Mice, rats colony and increasing your rates to nearly double! So infuriating to know that they have done nothing to address an ongoing vermin problem. In the 2nd floor you can literally hear a rat colony outside the elevator squeaking. We have set multiple traps and caught numerous mice and complained repeatedly with no action. Instead they jumped our rate to double what we started. read more

Initially committed to paying this storage unit back in October of 2022, and the value of the unit held its place with maybe only going up 10-15$ over the course of 6 months. It was a month to month contract which was cool and I had the accessibility during business hours to get to my stuff. My only issue was during the day, how often no one is there. I get they have to show other customers around or even get lunch but I've waited an hour outside the location to close my storage unit contract. Beyond frustrating. All in all, 3/5 would go back depending on pricing. read more

EDIT: Emily I did contact the office. I was told that the best they could do was $85 a month but not a guaranteed price. Now I wouldn't mind but I feel like a 100% jump from $53 to $106 exactly 2 months after I first got the unit is a little ridiculous. But lesson learned. read more
