After three years of being a loyal customer, I'm beyond disappointed and disgusted. My unit had spider sacs and spider webs everywhere, and when I called customer service, I received zero help, zero understanding, and absolutely no compensation. They clearly do not maintain their facility, no matter what they claim. How do you have spider webs outside a unit if you're supposedly spraying monthly? The answer is simple: they're not doing what they say they're doing. The lack of customer service is unbelievable. They don't care about their customers they just want your money. I'll never recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere that actually maintains their property and respects their customers. read more

Eleanor is a sweetie pie and very helpful. I have never rented a storage before and was unsure of the process, she explained the process and explained the fees. What I liked the most is how clean my storage was and how the facility is tucked away inside a nice community. I can't forget to mention that I lost my keys to my lock, so we had to call a locksmith to open my unit. The locksmith arrived pretty fast and the fee wasn't insane. For all of these reasons... THEY HAVE A RODENT ISSUE My storage belongings were DESTROYED due to their rodent issue. I did not even stay a month before this occured. I never vacated as I was completely disgusted with the rodent droppings etc all over my baby's things. They vacated for me, I never was charged. I also was not compensated for my damages and Eleanor is giving me the run around. Absolutely no ownership. They are trying to say they need pics for proof, but I didn't vacate the evidence THEY DID. I enjoyed the customer service. Eleanor is very thorough with what is available and I asked a lot of questions and she gave me answers. I did ask about rent going up and she said they might. Was easy to rent the moving truck when needed (you get one time use of it). The truck is free mileage up to 20 miles, about 79 cents thereafter, and you dont have to gas up. You bout a $50 cash deposit that will br returned, and you gave to pay about $25 that doesn't get returned. The other lady is very nice too. Ask for any specials that they might have on units. Today, it was easy to vacate and stop rent on one of my two storages. The area is very nice. No issues at all. Would reccomend to friends. read more

The last time I moved and required self-storage space was in 1999. Over the years I have helped friends and family move in and out of storage facilities and all I would hear is gripe about the cost, long lease terms to get a discount, cancelation notice needing 30 days, etc.. the list goes on. Being I hadn't had a need for a while, I researched a few and found this company that does month to month lease terms with discounts, cancelation notice is 7 days and best of all, the free usage of their truck! The staff is very helpful. Thank you Rancho Office for recommending and looking out for my interest and recommending the Fontana site. Fontana office is awesome and honest. So having said that I completely concur with that other one star reviewer. I'd love to give this place 0 as well. The front desk women were extremely rude and not and not at all helpful. God forbid they get off those chairs from behind the counter or even stand up when speaking to a customer. My rate was raised as well within 6 months that's why I left also, they gave a corner unit that was so oddly shaped it didn't work for square objects. Surprising right? Wait no it's not! Easy to rent storage. Customer service was excellent. Eleanor and the rest of the staff were friendly. They offer a free truck rental if you're moving stuff locally. I did not personally use it because I was moving my stuff from far away so they discounted me $50 from my rent for using a u-haul instead. I never had any problems with my storage unit. Have a double door storage and instead of cutting the lock and using an expensive locksmith she offered to take off the plate from the inside at no extra charge.
