She also was a clean a holic so the place was always bright and fresh. Under new management now and the place has gone way down hill. Amy the new manager is rude often, I mean when she is there. The office hours say 9:30-5:30 on the front door. However go at noon or later or even earlier and perhaps while there you need to buy some boxes or tape, that is not possible. Often times there's a note on the door be back at 3:30, be back at 2:00, call this number if you need assistance (which goes to voice mail) and you do not get assistance. I understand employees may need to step out for lunch, or an errand. However there should be someone on site during those business hours. This is not a one time occurrence, but quite often. In the new year I plan on relocating. Given so many options in the area this is not a big ordeal.
