When I sent a message to the owner, he forwarded the message to the driver who called and started shouting at me that I was lying. The language was abusive and screaming was unwanted. During the move, the movers disconnected and removed our refrigerator but failed to properly secure or cap the refrigerator water line. As a result, a water leak occurred after they left, causing damage to our home and requiring professional drying and mitigation efforts. The company was notified of the leak within approximately 24 hours of the move, as soon as the issue was discovered. Despite being informed promptly, the response has been disappointing. Rather than taking responsibility for the negligence that led to the leak, the claims process has been difficult and frustrating. Their response of not our responsibility is not good enough. Moving professionals should understand the importance of properly disconnecting appliances and securing water lines to prevent exactly this type of damage. A simple precaution could have avoided significant inconvenience, stress, and potential property damage. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company, stay far away.

On Sunday, I was told it was going to have to be moved to Tuesday. It just so happened that I was going to be out of town on Tuesday and couldn't receive the second part of the move. I was told that would be rescheduled at my convenience. The bulk of the move did actually happen on Tuesday. When the day came for the second part of the move to happen, which was only a bed and a grandfather clock, I got put off again, from Saturday to Sunday. And on Sunday, right at the end of the agreed-upon window, I got a call asking for more money to complete the job. I was informed that because of my inability to receive the second part of the move on Tuesday, I was going to have to pay more. No matter that I was available to receive it Saturday, Sunday, and even Monday if that had been an option. The delay was not due to any action on my part and was actually very stressful for me. Yet I was at fault for not being available on Tuesday at the second location. My big mistake was not reading enough reviews before hiring this company. Although they have some good reviews, and I have no doubt they can do a good job, several other people have reported having issues similar to what I experienced. Had I seen those accounts I probably would have looked for someone else to do the move. I do not recommend this company for your moving needs.
