This has been one of the best storage units I've ever rented! We needed something located between the old apartment and the new apartment while we were in the process of moving that wasn't going to rape my bank account. Bingo! Storage Choice, to the rescue!!! First of all, I rented this thing at 11PM in the comfort of my own home online! Everything I needed was provided online...unit number, rental agreement and gate access code. And I have the option to pay my bill online. Love it! So why does this storage unit gets the title of Bestest Ever?? 1. It was clean! I mean clean enough you could eat off the floor. Not really unless you are into that kinda thing. No spider webs, no dust, no bug, no leaves! 2. It was easy to open and secure! All of the units I've ever had have been old and rusty with with latch being hard to use...and a disgusting rope to pull. Definitely not the case with this one. There isn't a speck of rust to been found and the latch slides with ease. 3. Did I mention you can do everything online? That's a huge plus in my book. They even had rental specials online. I am definitely impressed. I call Storage Choice on 5/18 and received a rep at a call center name Jason. My concern was that the online special of 1/2 off 1st month rental code would not apply. Jason told me he would note it in the pc and let the manager know and schedule me an appointment the for the next day. He also did all the online info for me. 5/19, I show up 2 hours prior to my appointment and meet Nick, the manager. Guy is really professional, witty, cool, & great personality. As I proceeded to tell him I had talked with Jason, barely got that sentence out when Nick stated my name and everything that Jason in Arizona had documented in the pc. Wow! I received the 1/2 price and a security lock for free as well. The 5x5 is bigger than I thought and will hold the 18 bags I need to store with room to spare. The unit was spotless! Very clean, no odors, no pests, and the price is way in my budget. Others were charging 45% more for that same size. Also, you are given free insurance for the 1st month. I've been using my storage unit for almost a month now and am very pleased. My unit wasn't as clean as the other reviewer's unit (there were some spiderwebs), but it wasn't dirty. The price was the best in our area and I liked the ability to do everything online without having to go during office hours and sign contracts. The units seem secure and there are cameras inside as well as plenty of lights. The units are also mostly in good condition. My unit shuts and latches securely, but a few others looked a little less secure. The only down side is that if someone has a Uhaul parked at one of the buildings, you won't be able to drive around it. So far the two times that has happened, the driver has been courteous enough to move the truck for me. I recommend Storage Choice and I plan to continue using it. read more

07/30/2014 After searching for hours, calling and visiting different storage units in the DFW area and not finding prices that were reasonable, I decided to simply drive by a few I happened to remember were in my neighborhood. I visited both Public Storage and Secure SecurCare, didn't like their prices; my third stop was Storage Choice, where I had the pleasure of speaking with one of the friendliest and courteous people I've bet in a very long time, he was very professional explained everything quickly in a concise manner. I chose Storage Choice on Harwell Dr. in Arlington due to the close proximity to my new home (as I recently moved here from Georgia) and because the price was better than some of the others in the area. I was pleased that I was offered a free lock for my unit. The manager, Nick Brown, was very friendly and we had a nice conversation. He did; however, explain that he was also area manager and is often out in the field. The lanes between the buildings are very narrow and require careful navigating if driving a large truck or another vehicle is coming in the opposite direction. However, all in all, I am pleased with the unit, the location and the price. read more

Storage Choice has the lowest monthly rental rates in the area plus they had the unit in the size I needed clean and ready for move in immediately. Using the kiosk on property helped make an easy chore of completing paperwork and paying. I had instant access through the gates as soon as my account had been created and I had paid in full. The kiosk is an awesome benefit adding convenience for making payments whether the office is open or not. Any questions or concerns are answered by management promptly and courteously. I really like the prices at this facility. I immediately left Public Storage and got a storage space with them and I am saving $45 dollars every month to store the same amount of things in the same size space. The other amazing thing about this facility they have a Kiosk outside that you can drive up to and pay your storage bill right on the spot even if the facility is closed!!! "Awesome" I don't think no storage company has this wonderful perk. The staff was nice and very knowledgeable his service was friendly and fast.
