Chris was very personable to me and he told me he has been in the moving business for 15 years now. Chris Brown said to me that he is booked up and he will be moving another customer's things during the time period that I have chosen on May 5, 2023 to have my things moved to another place. But Chris Brown was nice enough to give me another moving company's telephone number and Chris said they are a very reputable moving company and Chris is good friends with the owner of this other company. Also Chris is a very honest business owner and I felt very comfortable speaking to him today. Chris gave me excellent customer service during our phone conversation in telling me about Regional Movers his moving company. They helped unload a 16ft pod with some very heavy & awkwardly shaped furniture up a narrow staircase in approx 4 hours. They're very careful with your belongings & even assemble without an extra cost. They're priced very fairly compared to other companies I priced out before decided on this one. I have moved several times and used a three different moving companies. I would call this the move…read morefrom hell. The initial quote was not what I was charged in the end, they damaged several pieces of furniture and now will not respond to calls. They don't shrink wrap or pad anything, although they tell you initially that's part of the moving cost. It looks like I'm going to have to take legal action to have them pay for the damages. While their initial quote may be lower than others, I would advise you to spend the money and go with a more professional moving company and save yourself the headaches.
