0/5 Stars and DO NOT RECOMMEND…read more I wanted to leave a better review because the on-site management was friendly, responsive, and genuinely tried to help after my unit was broken into. Unfortunately, customer service can't make up for serious security issues. Throughout the time I rented here, I frequently noticed random people waiting near the main gate for someone to enter/exit to gain access to the property. I also observed what appeared to be people staying in nearby storage units, which made me increasingly concerned about the security of the facility. After my unit was burglarized, I discovered another frustrating issue. My unit had an older locking mechanism, while several of the neighboring units had already been upgraded to a newer, more secure lock design. It's disappointing that my unit was still using the older style despite the availability of a more secure option. Having to file a police report, inventory stolen property, and deal with the aftermath of the theft was incredibly stressful. I appreciate how professionally the management handled the situation, but the responsibility for providing a secure facility ultimately rests with the ownership. If you're storing anything valuable, I'd think twice before renting here until the facility improves access control and upgrades the remaining units with the newer locking system. I hope ownership takes these concerns seriously so other customers don't have to experience what I did.

There's a lady as well that I can't remember her name but she is just as nice and helpful as Ozzy. The lady helped us get a smaller unit 5x8 for a discount since we've been renting for a long time. The oustide and inside are always clean and kept up. We have our stuff on the second floor and have never had any problems with any infestation. I fully trust my items to be safe and secured here.

I went up to my unit on the 4th floor and found a heavy mice infestation throughout the entire floor. The minute I stepped out onto the elevator you could immediately smell the urine and dead rodents. Not to mention the traps are out in the open and exposed for all to see. Not only is this severally unsanitary but also very careless my management and Orkin their pest control provider. The mice were sitting on the traps long enough to begin decomposing.
