The team of two men picked up several pieces of furniture from my parent's house and then came to my 2-bedroom apartment. All of our furniture was wrapped up and padded very nicely. Nothing was broken in our boxes and all of our furniture is still in good condition. Overall, very efficient with time, which was much appreciated given that we were paying by the hour. Time break down: 1 hour pick up at parent's house, 2 hours load up, 1 hour of travel time and 3 hours of unloading (using an elevator up 4 stories). Highly recommended and great value.

They changed the terms of service for existing customers without properly notifying them. Apparently, they now no longer reassemble furniture after delivery. Instead of clearly communicating such a major policy change in advance by email and text, they simply updated the information on their website. I received a text message only two days before my appointment saying that under the new policy, they would deliver my furniture disassembled and I would need to find another company to put it back together. And it's not just about the additional cost - it's about the time and inconvenience. Now you have to schedule another company, wait another day, Clutter did not offer a discount, and did not provide any alternative solution for additional fee . They simply sent a text saying the policy had changed and that the furniture would be left disassembled for the customer to deal with. As a customer, you feel completely abandoned. You originally agree to use a company based on certain services and terms. If those terms significantly change for existing customers, the absolute minimum is to notify them properly by both email and text -- well in advance -- and ideally offer a discount or alternative options.I dont mind to pay an extra fee

Seems strange that when asked about the theft, the manager - has not been able to tell the same story twice. - told us that he had talked to the police about the theft. - told the Miami Police, in Spanish, that they did not have any right to see or obtain the video surveillance of the theft. - has consistently made the entire theft sound like it was no big deal. - when confronted with the fact that people renting the unit next to one of ours checked out the previous day, says it was just coincidence. - his attitude in all conversations has been evasive. The units are so flimsy they can be broken into with a pry bar. The security is a joke. The manager claims he has no available records of anyone entering the facility through the code locked doors and elevators. Kinda sounds like he is covering up for the thieves or is in on the thieft. The haul was over $100,000 in personal belongings, many of which are irreplaceable. DO NOT STORE ANYTHING AT THIS FACILITY!

Seeing how hi-tech and great everything was I expected to pay a few limbs per month but it wasn't THAT bad- I think I got a pretty good deal.
