Very happy with this storage location. It's always clean and the office staff is friendly and always willing to help when needed.

On my last day of moving out Mr Briyede was very professional and very caring about his customers. At one point I wasn't able to open my storage and I asked him to help me and he came all the way back to my unit to help me get in the storage. He was so helpful beyond my imagination to see such a caring and selfless person to make sure I was well taken of that day. Personally I didn't like my experience at this location. From the jump moving in was a challenge, they didn't have enough carts accessible and this was in the evening time I literally had to look all over the place for one definitely not a satisfying experience especially when you're moving things alone and don't have anyway to load your things so I finally waited 30mins and ended up seeing one by the time I left there was a total of 2 carts i have used extra space at other locations and have never had this experience they make way to much money for them not to have the adequate amount of carts for use. The employees need to do a better job at making sure before they leave that there are some available for customers who come in the evening time and making sure customers are putting them back in the right place. I'm so glad I won't be here for long. I would recommend bringing your own sort of dolly or cart to load your things in the storage unit as you might not have one when moving in read more

Horrible customer service ! My Code was not working pushed button for help and told them my name and waited 20-30 minutes with no response and you would think they would come help me. Told them if they could just open the gate to get help at the front desk. When I got to the front desk they didn't apologize or anything. They seemed extremely annoyed. They had to help me with my code. Definitely will be relocating both of my storages must likely. read more

I Love how nice and clean the units are. For the most part I'm satisfied they're just a little pricey.

I hate this storage place. I've been a customer here for at least 4 months and I use extra space storage all the the time but never again. After my bill was due I was a little late on payment but I work long hours so I have money just no extra time. I get a call from one of the workers saying my bill is due I tell her ok I'll pay it and if I forget just call me back. I forget like always and a different lady call me back saying I owe 179 $ which is a lot and a late fee. I wasn't happy about my first late fee so I ask can I pay my bill and get the late fee erased. She said she will have to talk to her boss who is on vacation. For one, why I gotta wait on whoever, she should be able to give discount or should be able to get permission from someone who is not on vacation. I come to my storage today to empty it after paying my bill and I can't get inside. I waste so much time calling trying to get inside the place. I even pay late fee just to fix my account. The lady who took my payment should of said my storage was locked but I was given that information. Now I'm rushing trying to clear my storage and make it to work on time but this just turns out to be a huge waste of my time, I don't need this. I'll never come back here again. How you go lock my locker and I'm a paying customer my storage is always paid off. I will never give them my business again and you shouldn't either find you a place that will treat you better. read more

I was blown away by the time and effort sonya gave to assist me in obtaining information about units. Sony displayed knowledge and excellent customer service. It was refreshing to receive such service that day. I recommend all their reps to take notes from Sonya if they haven't already. read more
