He is rude, a liar and I would suspect a thief…read more After I loaded up my first round of belongings I Closed the Rolling Door (I did not lock the unit) and went to go get my other belongings. When I returned with the next round, my unit door was open and it looked like some of my items had been moved. Also it seems like he had done something to the hole in the latch of the door where you insert the round lock, when I went to put the lock back in to lock the unit it was really hard to get in. The lock didn't easily go all the way in you had to really jam it in there. I suspect Kevin damaged the lock hole because it worked perfectly fine when I had first arrived to my unit. I was extremely thirsty during the move and I went to the office to ask for some water. I knocked on Kevin- the managers door and he was busy on the phone took and when I asked him for water, he said there was no running water in the building and had no bottled water. When he left to go do some on the property he left his office door open and I saw a case of bottled water in the office. I took a picture of the case of water please respond directly to me from this review and I will send it over. Upon questioning Kevin about my storage unit door being opened WITHOUT MY PERMISSION, he tried to play it off by. I don't trust or like the man. Kevin is obviously a liar and I think there's a decent chance he is a thief.

It went to 300 dollars a month for about a year with no other options given. We used a tiny space of the unit but that didn't matter to them. They didn't negotiate any other options, toys remained in the until maybe worth 300 when we were charged 300 for a year month after month. I would never give them business or recommend business again. What started out as a compassionate business quickly gave us the cold shoulder. Just sad.
