She explained all necessary dos and don'ts ;expectations of the facility. She had great customer service and the process was smooth. I told her what I was looking for and she accommodated exactly that no extras or up sales were attempted. She also told me about the Public Storage app and all its perks. One thing I enjoyed most about the app is that you can go in and out of the facility smoothly as you can gain access with a touch of a button on your smartphone. A storage facility in this area should absolutely be prepared for the kind of rain and flooding Houston regularly experiences. After this happened, I decided to move my vehicle to a different storage facility with better conditions. Since I would no longer be using my space for the final month of my contract, I asked if they would refund or prorate the remaining time. They refused. So not only did this facility contribute to expensive damage to my vehicle, but they also showed zero flexibility or customer care afterward. Very disappointing experience overall.
