I really hate to leave this review but I feel like I'm being ignored and have no other options. I…read morehired them for a move Friday morning and it has been a nightmare since. At the start the guys seemed cool, but as the move went on their attitude changed. They started complaining about how much stuff I had even though I did a full intake with them beforehand and we already agreed on a price. They even started insinuating I should go to an ATM to pay them more money, which made me feel uneasy and was unprofessional since the rate was already set. I moved into a brand new building where I'm only the 3rd person on my floor. A hallway light fixture was broken during the move and they told me they didn't do it. However, management knocked on my door later saying they have them on camera breaking the light and damaging the walls. On top of the building damage, my vanity was broken, some furniture was scratched, and the monitor for my work computer is broken. I've asked repeatedly for their insurance information so we can resolve this, but they aren't responding. I believe I've been blocked now because my messages are no longer going through. Please reach out so we can resolve this.

My move did not take place until much later in the day than scheduled but not to worry because BIU: * The Office kept me in the communication loop. * The Men were most professional, energetic and proficient in spite of being rained and hailed on throughout the day . * Charged me 'exactly' as discussed (used a Groupon for 4 hours of the move). DO NOT USE: They need 100 NEGATIVE star rating…read more DAMAGES TO PROPERTY: They damaged BRAND NEW furniture, dining room table, bedroom furniture and other things and just advised me to call a number to file a claim to a number that no one answers. PRICE GOUGE - Adds RIDICULOUS trumped up fees that are not in the contract. They have generic contract without any totals on it except the cost for that agreement we initially made. However, they charged me an addition $500 extra. and wouldnt take my most valuable items off the truck until I paid. Threatened me with storage fees and drove off with my valuables for 12 hours forcing me to pay the trumped up charges. When they returned, they would not deliver the heavy items into the home. The police had to them move it upstairs. CUSTOMER SERVICE - The people who do return your a call eventually are skilled scammers, and professional liars. One of the movers who is the owner of the fraudulent business denies accountability. POOR MOVING WORK ETHIC - Movers was an hour and thirty minutes late. Complained they were tired the whole time becuase this was there 5 move. They took smoke breaks, and was very, very slow. One guy stood around and waited for orders from the lead mover who is the owner. One bedroom apartment took TWO trips because they didnt pack the truck up. I later learned this was part of the time scam. I do NOT have a lot of items that would taken 6 hours to move. The mover gave me a generic receipt that looks a waiter could of written up in restaurants. In my opinion, don't think this company should be in buisnesd and should have their licenses to move people revoked. Location: This company is web based. They don't have a physical address, but there website provides a suite number. There is an apartment building at that address. There is soooo much more I can warn you about, but I hope you learn from my HORRIBLE experience and USE A REPUTABLE company. Be sure not to get in this jam.

He will damage your property, hide it and take no accountability. This was my second move with this sham company. The first time they ripped the weather stripping off my front door and failed to acknowledge it. I just ripped it off because I was moving and it didn't seem that big of a deal at the moment. That was the first red flag I shouldn't have ignored. Hindsight is 20/20 they say. This second move my brand new mattress was damaged. I noticed when they put my bed together the mattress was turned the wrong way. I did see it while they were still there but I wasn't going to nitpick about that when I can easily spin the mattress around. Little did I know the mattress was purposely turned around to hide the damage that occurred. I slept on my couch the first couple of days because it was a lot of stuff in my room and on the bed. By the time I got to my room a couple days later and turned my mattress around I see the handle was ripped off. That's why it was turned the wrong way. I never once thought damage was the reason it was turned the wrong way. When I reached out to inform Brandon of the damage he lied about it and blamed it on me. He said my less than two month old mattress could have been damaged by me turning it around. He doesn't know because I didn't report it before he left. How could I if he hid it? Absurdity if I've ever heard it said. It was ripped off on one side and almost ripped off on the other. It also had a hole in it. I can't even damage it on both sides by spinning it around but you know who can, Brandon and his mover. I'm still taken back that this black man would lie and gaslight another black man when he KNOWS my property was damaged in his care and was purposely hidden so I wouldn't see it while they were still there. Me not noticing immediately gave room for the lie to take place. All the exchanges are available to see as long as proof of my brand new mattress when it was purchased. For reference I was moved August 6th. You can see the gaslighting with your own eyes. Don't trust this man, go find a reputable mover.
