They are able to take furniture apart and put it back together while other movers say, "No way!". They did a great job packing up my 2 PODS containers before I moved from FL to NC. They did such a great job that I probably didn't even need the second container. They disassembled my bed and glass desk and wrapped everything up so well. Nothing was broken or damaged after the long interstate move. I'm sad I can't use them anymore because I am NC. Such a great group of guys!

It is 59 cents a mile and you must be sure to fill it back up before returning Van. I also accidentally got on the Sun Pass hwy, so I don't have a Sun Pass account yet. I am sure they will slam me(UHaul)for charges when they get those as well. I sure DO MISS MY OWN TRUCK! At the end of the day, I tried to do my check on online. They say it is simple. It would not let me register the odometer mileage. They were already closed for the day. I ended up paying right at $100.00. Check prices at other places like Lowe's for rentals first. The lady that worked there was very nice when we rented the van. Can't say much for the company though. MAYBE, I better buy another truck!

The rear door remains broken. Basically anyone with a bolt cutter could go in there and take anything they wanted. A few times I asked when the repairs would be performed and they said they would be fixed next week. The most recent time i visited the elevator was flashing a light that said "elevator communication failure." They also removed themselves from Google reviews because of the tremendous amount of negative reviews.

First and foremost, let me mention the communication was fast and reliable when we were setting up…read moreour move. Our move was a long distance move from Jacksonville FL, to Melbourne FL. and when asked, they had no problem with the long distance move. Secondly, when the day came to move, they were prompt and again, communicated their arrival time and were there actually a few minutes earlier. They started immediately after walking thru the entire home to lay out their plans and how they wanted to load the truck. Every box I packed was taped and labeled to the area that the box will go to in our condo in Melbourne, and they had no problem making sure each box brought in was in the location I needed it to be. If I needed to change the location, they were courteous and obliged. They work very diligently and each fragile marked item was handled with care, nothing broke during the move! They set up our beds for Master and Guest rooms and made sure I was satisfied with the location. Thirdly...the condo we were moving into had two flights of stairs, one on the exterior and one that went up to the living room. Not once did they cringe when they saw the steps, but again, rapidly expedited every box and piece and never complained at all! Moving is a tedious and stressful thing to do and Assembly & Moving Services were the exact moving company we needed. I cant stress enough to other that need moving help....BE READY FOR THEM, BE ORGANIZED, AND MOST OF ALL, HAVE EVERYTHING BOXED OR WRAPPED, LABELED, AND TAPED UP, this will make your move and their move efficient and run smoothly! On Feb 3rd, 2026 I hired two men and a truck. I had actually hired them previously but the closing…read moreon my new place was delayed. I was told that the hourly rate would be more then originally quoted but have never received my bill to know just exactly how much I was charged per hour. I had more furniture then originally anticipated and I accept that as a failure on my part. These men wrapped almost every item of furniture yet still managed to break stuff. One guy picked up my tool chest, after I stated that it was heavy, didn't wrap it just walked away. This item was badly broken upon inspection at the end of the move; I can only guess from being dropped. I did also have a small shoe shelf that a piece was missing from; with it being a plastic part I was unable to repair it. I've found many chips and broken parts in my stuff since, none that really effect functionality one such item is an antique custom built cabinet that is irreplaceable. These men, one in particular tried to push their way into doorways, causing damage to the corners and even took out a big piece of paint on my kitchen cuboard and a chunk from my counters; I hadn't even complained about that. I did however complain about the supervisor that showed up and took up the one guy that knew the mosts time for about 1/2 hour; I was fully charged for this time and quite frankly I want that money back! They never responded to my first correspondence and then tried to tell me to keep the toolbox for them to come and asses, but didn't send that email for over 2 weeks so it was long gone. Their sheer lack of accountability and excesive charges is why I filed a BBB complaint. Theyoffered a refund of 37.00 will cover my broken items and told me that I should have purchased additional insurance, EXCUSE ME!! I 've only asked that 1/2 hour credited back and reimbursment for the toolchest that I've had to purchase. I've filed a complaint, but that has gotten no where as they've not acknowledged it.

I asked her if they were able to fax something for me and with a friendly and happy response said yes we h can help you with that. During the transaction, Tori engaged in conversation while ringing me up and waiting for the final verification that the fax went through. She wished me a good day and thanked me for my business.
