Tenant here since November 2022. Upon move gate was broken. Has not been fixed in 9 months " we are waiting for parts" "waiting for approval" "getting fixed soon". Homeless people roam this facility due to easy entry access and a/c. Upon move out as a new tenant was moving in I heard " the gate is broken but we have someone fixing it soon" . I had my RV parked here for about 2 years, it was convenient for awhile, but ended up getting stolen during business hours by people who had opened a unit there the day before, cased the place, then just broke in through the window, stripped the ignition and drove the RV out of the gate. The staff was very helpful in getting the camera footage and communicating with the cops and insurance company (that is why this is 2 star and not 1 star), but this location has a lot of seedy people hanging around the area so be aware of that. Crime is everywhere in this town. This spot does lure you in with cheap rent and then they jack up the price but that seems to be standard of most places. read more

Honestly you can find way better locations or even businesses. This location is a joke. And now for Christmas they raised the rent almost $80. Went from being the most affordable to the same as everywhere else and trust me a 10x15 unit for $214 at this dump isn't worth it. Bunch of crack heads renting spaces there to hide their bs and their drugs and it's just all around ghetto. The online price said $18. When I got there the price went to $21. When it came time to sign the application after answering questions about what I was actually storing, which really is none of their business, the guy tacked-on another $16+ for insurance, and after a $30 "administration fee," the internet deal of $18 was a distant memory and had turned into a cost of $40 for the smallest unit. They also "conveniently" left a lock in the storage unit, I guess hoping you would think they accidentally left it there, so they could then charge you for a lock if you capitalized on their suspected error and took the lock with you- Since I already had a lock, I returned their conveniently "left" lock, but I thought the deceptive value of leaving a lock for someone to take thinking it was an error on the staff's part was rather unethical, and it made me distrust the staff and the establishment, none of which were very friendly. I do not recommend this facility. read more

There's a Latin lady working at this location that refuses to honor the online specials. Also had another employee when I was renting here offered me the better deal that was online so I moved out of my unit they rented it to someone else and they refused to honor that deal. I've had several bad experiences with people at this location. I rented here in other states and other locations this is the only one I've really had problems at. I do not recommend this location. My experience with their RV storage has been pretty disappointing. We rented a space a with a 14 foot high ceiling. Unfortunately our space ended up sitting vacant for two months while our rig was being repaired. When we finally get the RV over to ExtraSpace it won't fit. My rig is under 12 1/2 foot tall. I use 13' foot for my minimum space requirement when driving just to be safe. 14' should have left me more than a foot to spare but my satellite was almost ripped off. read more

Used to be a SmartStop. Prices got raised and service became subpar. Had to come back more than a few times in a day because the staff was gone for hours. Plus no carts to be found. There was a very strong gag-inducing decaying smell on the second floor for weeks which they did nothing about. Moved my stuff into a 10x15 unit and less then a month later it was broken into along with all the units next to mine. These locking systems are so janky that they did not need to remove the lock to open. Easily pride open and lifted the door. Employees were not much help. Was able to secure a storage close to UNLV and called extra space storage for more information on air cooled VS climate controlled. The worker who answered on the main corporate line was very helpful and got my reservation setup and told me a worker from the location would be calling me to follow up. Jennifer was also very helpful and knowledgeable in explaining all the charges. Everything was done and signed online with no problems. My husband flew to Vegas to pack up my daughter's dorm room for the summer and everything ran smoothly from getting into the gate with the purchased lock already in the unit. The unit was easy to find as described on a map provided by Jennifer. Will definitely use this convenient location again for next summer. read more

Started off with rent of $101.00. Five payments later they raised the rent to $116.00. Eight payments after that they raised it to $130.00. That's a huge increase in a little over a year. Close to 30%. My payments are scheduled for autopay and occur automatically. They didn't cash my last check (which was for the old amount, $116) and sent me a default letter. Their MO is to entice you with a low rent initially and then once you have your stuff in there to put the screws to you. Beware! I'm moving out. I refuse to deal with unethical corporations and I don't have time to deal with their nonsense. read more

He took me up to my actual unit to make sure I was sasitfied with what I was renting, and it was. Joaquin did everything quickly and efficiently. I was in and out of the office with ease. Then, a few minutes later Jay called me, happy - polite - professional, to see how soon I wanted the unit and when I could come by. When my family & I arrived, he was absolutely amazing! He's wonderful - unlike a lot of ppl, from any business, he gave a piece of himself in return for a piece of us.
