I got an amazing deal at this location. I was moving nearby and remembered that my relatives had used them before. I stopped by when they were on a lunch break, so I visited online and got a great deal. I got a 10x5 and it was just right. Enough space to store what was in my at home garage. Getting everything together was flawless, and I even showed up a day too early and they were still accommodating without any fuss. They even offered me another unit right next to the one I got at the same price if I needed it. I didn't need it, so that was great. Customer service is top notch. I will say that when you come for the first time, the manager will ask you for your phone and when you hand it to them, will go straight to Google reviews and ask if you will give them a 5 star review and check it off for you. A little aggressive for my taste, but it was warranted in my experience. If you do not agree, do not hand over your phone when he asks you this question! lol! I also like that I can access my unit with an app instead of typing in a code. It worked when I came in, but did not work when I tried to leave, so make sure you bring your code with you as a back up. read more

This place will give you the up most service when you FIRST arrive for a storage unit then after a few months they jack up your fees 100%. In 3 months they raised my bill DOUBLE. As a senior this is so hard for me and they do not give senior discounts. I get raising rents from time to time but 100% at one time??? This customer service is so disturbing. If you read the good reviews they are ALL from the people who are FIRST TIME CUSTOMERS. They ask you to write the review right there and then in the office so you amp them up a great review. Place is a joke. No notice on significant price hikes: $60-$100 hikes They don't communicate at all with their tenants. Office staff is very rude and treat customers as if we are the issue and not them. Bums wondering property and when you tell staff they don't care and won't do anything. Unit was tampered with and told staff and again they didn't care. When you ask for higher than property manager they refuse to give you any number. DONT RENT FROM THEM!!!!! Very clean, office workers were very accommodating even when I forgot my code. Climate controlled so it was easy to access even in hot summer months. Rolling carts were always available. I will say, it's a little pricey but you always get what you pay for. read more

Well where do I start. This started out really promising but if I could give 0 stars I would. Our RV and several other RV's were broken into while they were in storage. Our 4 year old RV was absolutely vandalized. Photos to follow. I asked to see the security footage and they said well the camera is not pointing at your RV!!! Funny that considering if you read Cheryl the Managers Bio above it says Video Recording!! Also they state they are not liable in any way! We have 2 Jet-ski's and were due to take them to our other RV storage spot at this location this week, no way would I take them after this. If you have something in storage you expect it to be safe. There are plenty of storage companies in the Henderson area where they have someone that lives on site! My advise don't use this place it's not safe, not helpful and have lost a good customer. We had 2 RV spaces and a storage unit. Quick update I just had them increase the rent by $20.00, so after my RV is vandalized and all items in it are stolen cigarette butts laying all over the place you increase the rent!! Over priced and the service is not the best. There was a leaking on the ceiling of my unit, some of my stuff got wet with the rain, I told the manager and she told me to not worry about it, to just leave my keys and her guys will take care of the problem, they would move anything in their way and then put it back after fixing the leaking. I went back after two months and there was a new manager, I told him I was there to pick up my keys and he said they didn't fix anything because I was supposed to move my stuff out so they could fix it. I told him the other manager said her employees would do that and now he was telling me the opposite. I'll be taking all my stuff out of there in November, they are not professional! read more

This place started out great. And I will say that the staff has been friendly throughout. But bottom line... don't count on your stuff staying safe here. My parked vehicle was hit by another tenant. In the course of hitting my vehicle, he damaged a column that holds up the parking structure we were both parked under. Management never noticed damage till I brought it up. Since they couldn't find security footage, I was out a-lot of money in repairs. I often found trash laying around where I was parked. Used motor oil on the ground. People parking in my space. Even had someone set their trash on the back of my bumper. I have seen a car waiting in parking lot to follow other cars in without entering code and people (not staff) drinking beer on the premises. If you have to park here, please check on your stuff/vehicle often. read more

The location was bought out in June 2015, since then my monthly fee has gone up twice! This is unacceptable & the office guy had a dont care attitude! Dont recommend this place to anyone!! Guy said company will increase rent every 6 months going forward!! Gonna find new place! read more
