We rented a storage space at an affordable price but that did not last long. After management changes we have had multiple significant monthly increases that no longer make this facility a good value. There are better options out there if you're looking for value for your money. read more

We signed up with StorageOne in this location because it was close to home, new and it had decent pricing. The outside perimeter was always clean, and we never had any issues with the staff, who had always tried to be helpful in most cases. There are a few things to consider when renting here, though. Every storage facility I had ever patronized always had flatbeds or hand trucks available during access hours, usually parked conveniently on each floor near the elevators or by the entrances. At this StorageOne, you must come during office (not access) hours and supply your driver's license to borrow one, which is a huge inconvenience when you are trying to get in and get out. This rule feels a little out of place considering the chill level of this side of town. I did not know cats were stealing large, heavy flatbeds around here with cameras ALL OVER THE PLACE. What is worse is that there is usually only one person in the office and that person is often making a 'bank run' or walking the facility, so if they are not in the office, you're not getting a flatbed. This makes it difficult for customers with units on the second and third floors who need to store or remove heavy items from their units. If you do not have your own hand truck or flatbed, which most people do not - it may be better off just leaving and coming back, which I have done many times. Also, don't count on the third floor to be climate controlled. I can only speak on the third floor and not the second as that is where my unit was. They should just say that your storage is 'indoors.' There is no air conditioning up there in the summer, no heat in the winter, and no humidity control at all during the year. While it is not terribly uncomfortable during cooler months, if you make a trip there anytime between June-October, be prepared to sweat it out as it feels like you're walking into a sauna... with dead mice and insects lining the pathway to your unit. I must say that is a good thing though, as it shows that their pest control is working. I've never seen any creepy crawlers in my unit or alive walking around. I have also never seen a spider web in the entire area. Overall, I would say this is a decent facility for long-term storage needs. If you don't need to get in there too often and have lightweight items that don't need a flatbed, I wouldn't say shy away from it. If you need storage to access on the regular though, this isn't the spot for you. read more

Logan is always very helpful. Have 2 unit, but wanted to pay each unit from a different account. Didn't know if I set it up OK on the portal, so asked Logan to review. He reviewed everything for me and found that it would not have received monthly invoice, so he fixed it for me. He always gives great customer service. This next comment is not about Logan, but about the Portal. When you first Login to the portal you can see both units. Once you transfer to the unit to make payment or changes, you can not go back to the Main screen to select the 2nd unit. You have to select "HOME", which logs you off. So you have to Login again to make payments / changes to the second unit. Very Poor website design, not friendly if you have more than one unit. read more

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place They rented out my storage unit while I was still paying for it. I'm in the middle of filing suite. I took a few of my things out the night before then came back the next day to put them back and all the sudden my key wouldn't work on my lock, come to find out they cut my lock off and rented to someone else all within 8hrs. Never mind they automatically withdraw money out each month for my payment. I never missed a payment. When so call corporate called they tell there was no lock on it and they'll refund my money which is a total lie they probably stole my stuff and sold it What a joke I'm suing them for damages and lost income and my missing family heirlooms that I can't replace, my consultant said we have a great case. Just please beware. Again there was no notice just rented it out without my knowledge. "They said they called me" I was at the lake but again they open and 10 am I was back at 3 so this all happen in that matter of 5hrs Do not deal with this place they will do you the same way. read more

Found this place in December 2020. From the first interaction we had great service. Found a unit that was perfect for our belongings and was able to move in right away. The units are air conditioned and clean. They have carts that we were so kindly allowed to use for our move. Moved on in June 2021 and still had the same great experience. Rowena was absolutely wonderful, so kind and urgent. I appreciated her sense of calmness and ability to communicate clearly even when we had a little accident with the gate. Rented a uhaul for a recent move. There were some scheduling issues that uhaul worked out but we ended up getting a smaller truck than what we ordered but that wasn't the storage places fault and they communicated well. They let us rent a appliance dolly. No issues picking up the truck it was all ready to go when we came to the counter. It was clean and full of gas. They forced my husband and our friend to pay a full months rent just so they could move the stuff out of the unit . The rent was only 2 days late . They held my husband there against his will till someone paid a full months rent Even tho nevada storage law clearly states that you can only deny access to a rented space if the rent is more than 10 days late . 2 days late is not worth a full months rent just to gain access to get our belongings . I had recently moved my household goods into my storage facility at this location. Let's say that this recent move had me really stressed out. After I had my household goods delivered, the moving crew had damaged the storage facility hinge on an emergency door and didn't tell me. Laura had informed me the news and she could tell that I was under a lot stress after the moving company crew had left. She was very understanding that the damage wasn't on me. She gave me some time to collect myself before I went to see her and get the full details of what had happened. When I went to see her at the office, she was very sympathetic to my feelings.
