They then wanted confirmation of my move out so they can rent it again while I had the unit paid for for the entire month. This is $660. extra I've had to pay as well as they're going to re-rent my unit making them another $330. Very greedy practice. The manager was very unhelpful and gaslighted me when I told him I didn't ask for the free month at the time.

Each and every employee is very friendly and efficient. Chris has been exceptional to work with. Prices here are far better than the surrounding storage facilities (especially now under new management). Renting a Uhaul on site was an added bonus and again Chris was very friendly and again efficient renting that out to me.

Patrick the property manager is one of the most most genuine human beings I've had the pleasure of dealing with. During our move in, mid-snowstorm, he was out shoveling and plowing the property, coming by our unit multiple times during our move to make it easier for us to move in. Storage units I feel are a situation where there is never a problem until there is one. Fortunately we never had any issues. Working with Patrick was very easy on move-in all the way to move-out. I'd be happy working with them again in the future if needed.

Access to the area was always very easy, the units are cleaner than you'd ever expect from a self storage facility and the prices are extremely reasonable. We had an indoor non-climate controlled unit but the units are built so well I would have guessed it was actually climate controlled. This company has terrible customer service and if you are a construction company that has multiple…read moreprojects and you will incur finance charges every month if you are using construction loans as the banks don't always fund quickly enough. They have also put our account on hold multiple times for being 30 days late because of the amount due, but we have a ton of projects going at the same time and they treat them like one home. I have had to call the corporate office a dozen times in the past 2 months to get them to pick up a full dumpster because the local office put us on hold.
