When do you get ahold of customer service they are extremely rude and it's a dead end to the conversation. Public Storage claims "market rates," but if you want a fair price, they'll make you move all your belongings to a different unit within the same property -- even though they're charging much lower rates for the exact same unit you're already in. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for storage. Public Storage may dominate the industry, but they take advantage of loyal customers with unfair practices and poor communication.
