The fence is falling down, there are areas of the fence cut into, the spaces themselves are crap. I would not trust your property there. Oh, and I learned today that there is rent increase "just like all places" I'm told. So today you will be charged $65 for the space I am currently paying $192 for! I repeat DO NOT GO HERE!

I would strongly encourage anyone considering renting from this company to look elsewhere…read more I have been paying for my storage unit every single month, on time, yet I have been denied access to my belongings for over seven months. Despite fully complying with my rental agreement, the company has failed to uphold its most basic obligation, allowing me access to the unit I pay for. When I first attempted to access my unit after renting it, I discovered that my personal lock had been removed and replaced with a combination padlock. There was no employee on-site to explain what happened. After leaving multiple voicemail messages over four days, someone finally returned my call and told me the original lock had been broken and replaced with a combination lock. However, despite repeated requests, I was never given the combination, leaving me completely locked out of my own property. Over the past seven months I have: Called the facility countless times. Left numerous voicemail messages. Sent multiple emails. Contacted customer service and upper management. Visited the facility in person more than ten times. The result? Nothing. No meaningful response. No solution. No access to my belongings. To make matters even worse, the company continued to accept my monthly payments while refusing to provide access to the unit. They also dramatically increased my monthly rent without notifying me. When I rented the unit, my monthly payment was $29.99. My most recent bill was $274.00, an increase of more than 800%. Charging customers hundreds of dollars while preventing them from accessing their own property is unacceptable. What has been even more disappointing is the complete lack of accountability from customer service or upper management. I reached out to corporate leadership and received no response whatsoever. It appears that once they have your money, customer service simply stops. I have never experienced customer service this poor. If you value access to your belongings, honest communication, or responsive management, do yourself a favor and choose another storage company. I cannot recommend this company to anyone.

Rather than try to sell me higher-priced options, they gave recommendations I knew were in my best interest. The facilities were clean and accessible. The security is the perfect combination of strictness and privacy. The whole process was streamlined, efficient, and made great use of modern technology. I did not expect the hallway to my unit to smell of marijuana; nor the sound and smell of a dog clearly living there. The lock was cut off my storage unit by would be robbers replacing it with their lock. Seems I got there just in time. Albeit the manager contacted me gave me a number for claims then in the same breath chastised me. once for being late 20 minutes, as everything was blocked off at the entrance and no one is available accept the computer generacted thing to call! My second offense was the night I was robbed!! I had to cut their lock put mine on.There was no concern zero. He could care less. He then denied me access to the gate FOR 4 DAYS! Like punishing a child (who pays a lot of rent)! I called the "regional manager" who didn't return my calls. No class no concern. Never would I use a public storage facility any where ever. I hope my goods are safe after this review.

We have spoken to other customers while onsite and they too have mentioned being broken into. They only have cameras on the exits, not on the rows. I get camera systems can be expensive but when you have had numerous people complain and state they have been broken into, you would think they would invest a bit to help with security. The other major issue is the rates changing every couple of months. Don't give me the market rate crap. You increase my rate by almost $100 and tell me it is market rate. No, it is not. If I booked a unit the same size as I have now online, I would get it at a substantially cheaper, I just have to move it into a new unit. Plus, they system lets you pick the unit, so you can see the available inventory. Yet you are not willing to work with your existing customers. Do you know how many people would be willing to sign actual leases and not be month to month?
