Do NOT rent here! I found this place online cause it looked like a decent price. I made sure to check the fine print to make sure that the price I was seeing was not just some introductory rate or first month price, it wasn't so I reservered the unit. Later that day, our plan changed on when we would be moving in. I went back online to change my move-in date but was having trouble changing it so I called the facility directly. A woman answered who seemed like she was trying to help me. She told me that the system wasn't letting her change the move-in date either for some reason so she was going to try cancelling my reservation and make me a new one with new move-in date. Apparently this was not possible either, I was told that if I wanted to change my move-in date to beginning of the next month instead of the end of the current month that it would change the monthly rental amount to 3 times what I had locked in. I was told it would be cheaper to go with my original reservation even though we wouldn't be moving in till 4 or 5 days after and pay a prorated amount for those last few days of the month then to move-in at the beginning of next month. So I agreed to keep my original reservation and gave her payment over the phone. Well everything was fine for the first 3 months...mostly....there were a few times that I went to grab something out of my unit and the phone as a key fab would not let me in the gate and of course the office was closed, I even tried calling customer service but was told they couldn't open the gate and I'd have to wait till the office was open but that i could ask for a key card so it wouldn't happen again. After 3 months, I went online to pay my bill and my rent was triple what it should be so I called the office to inquire as to what was going on with my bill. The rudest man that I have ever spoken too answered and I was told that I had a 3 month introductory rate and there was nothing he could do. It is my belief that the woman who was supposedly helping me with my reservation, changed something about it when she was "keeping my original reservation." So I told them I would be moving out. I decided I would do this at the end of the month since I was going to have to pay for entire month anyways. I didn't have the triple amount in rent to pay so it was going to have to be paid late which of course meant being locked out of my unit for the entire month as well. End of the month came and two days before we were going to go pay for the month and move our things out,my boyfriend's left lung collapsed, primary spontaneous pneumothorax and it was a moderate sized hole in his lung. So after spending 9 straight days with him in ICU, now I'm into the second month and they are wanting $500 as apposed to the $82 I was paying so I'll probably lose everything. Stay away from these people, they are manipulative and just bad human beings. read more

My update of Extra Space Storage: I have a Hospitality Management Diploma, and I know the LAWS when it comes to Mini Storage Facilities. I was ARRESTED because I REFUSED to sign a trespassing order after an employee "Gabriel Brown", called the cops and "SWATTED" me. YES!!! He accused me of having a firearm and threatened him with it!!! Thing was I sold all my firearms in December of 2021 in Redding California at Jones Fort. So he was lying! I don't own or have any FIREARMS!!! (See the toy) So he did this to get me trespassed, so once he had a trespassing order in place, I would be prevented from retrieving my own business records, property, and tools... $12,000 worth of plumbing and electrical tools!!! Major stuff!!! So I get arrested for refusing to sign a "Trespassing Order"... and "Interfering with an Officer in line of duties!!! What??? Why? Because I refused to be RIPPED OFF!!! I spent three days in jail, no phone call... and harassed the entire time in jail!!! I bailed out on Monday... $100. Yes, $100!!! My freedom gone for an employee trying to rip off my property!!! CRIMINAL WHAT IT WAS!!! COMPLETE VIOLATION OF MY 4th, and 6th AMENDMENT RIGHTS!!! Can you say... LAWSUIT? (My ex mother in law works for the city of Loveland... and guess who pulled this?) I am currently in the process of Major Litigation... and this company is 100% LIABLE!!! Papers are soon to be filed!!! Since this happened, I had to move out of state because of the Courts demanding I plead guilty, otherwise they would do a "Mental Competency Hearing"!!! Are you kidding me? ILLEGAL ARREST, INTIMIDATION, HARASSMENT!!! DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!! They will try to RIP YOU OFF, or throw you in JAIL... to lose your RIGHTS and your FREEDOM!!! read more

A few times now have not been able to get in with my phone. Customer service has told me that I just have to wait till the office is open. I really need something that night....really sucks when you pay your rent yet can not access your belongings, I mean I know if I'm late in paying, they sure are quick to deny me access....seems fair read more

Do NOT recommend! Bait and switch on prices, ride staff, denied access to my things due to their keyless entry or rather using phone as key for gate....does not always work and then you can't get it. read more

Terrible do not rent here. They offer cheap prices to draw you in then triple the rent without giving you any notice
