They really mean it when they say temperature-controlled, which I appreciate. It's a very cool lower 70's in there. Even the bathroom is kept clean. I felt very safe at this location. Anyone can drive up to this building, there is no gate, however, you can't get in the building unless you have a code. And for security, the doors time-out and you will have to put your code in again. Somewhat inconvenient when you're moving in a lot of stuff, but I like the security of that. People can't just walk up and get in. Also, there are security cameras in the building. I switched from Public Storage in Coral Springs because it was dirty and barely temperature-controlled, almost 80 and some areas you don't even feel it...,but you're still paying extra for that feature. And I didn't feel safe walking around that location. When I arrived at Extra Space Storage with my movers, Gary personally walked me over to my space. Vikki came to meet me and make sure everything was up to par. The customer service here is great. They really made this a pleasant experience. The day before the auction, the office manager closes the store early and blocked my final payment. No information about where the action was taken place was provided. Had I not requested the information, I would not have known. A review on line showed me the auction had began before the date provided to me. I was blocked from accessing the auction online and was only provided email approval after the action was completed. I called and left a message with a sales Rep to which no one responded. I had to call the store twice to get a response about my personal items. Today, the office manager hang up and me when I enquire about my personal items. After speaking with her, she sent me a letter and told me that they accepted the action bid and also that they will send me to collections and it will affect my credit. This is not a good storage place. Warning...Think twice before you try Storage King Margate.

I have to give a shout-out to John, because he went out of his way to explain everything as well as helped another customer with a quick request. He also showed me around the place, not just the units, but also the rental trucks, dollies, and I even took pictures of the accessories that I would need for my move. Now, let's talk about how much great value this place brings to storage facilities. On their website you can get really great prices.
