When we initially purchased our space, the staff was incredibly friendly and made our move-in process seamless. However, after few months, I noticed an $80 increase in my monthly payment. When I reached out for clarification, I was informed that this was a standard adjustment. Although they worked with me to slightly reduce the cost at that time, the price increased by another $80 just four months later. This time, they were unable to restore it to the original amount. However, after contacting management, they adjusted the cost to $155, which was still higher than my initial rate of $127.56 but lower than the $205 I would have been paying. Dave was especially helpful in assisting with the adjustment, but potential customers should be aware that price increases are likely after the first few months and will continue to go up. While the facility is well-maintained and the staff is helpful, I would encourage the organization to consider implementing fixed pricing or more transparent policies to provide greater consistency and improve the customer experience. The place is a nice clean, guarded and up to date storage facility. I like that you need a code, I like that they have cameras and air conditioning as well. This is my first one but probably not my last one. Our first day was a blast lol it rained and it was sunny at the same time and hot. We were later greeted with water and good lucks with our move in as she suggested we know "Jenga" to get our stuff in. We didn't know we had so much stuff until we started moving it in and then realized we may have needed a second storage. So I called up Katrina, she was busy but called me back with good news that she found us a second one just a few units away! I appreciate her for that! She was on top of it! So the next day we proceeded with adding our stuff to the second unit. As we were doing all abs everything to get our stuff in, we found we just need to do what she initially said, play Jenga! Indeed we did and within a week, we did not need the second one after all! We were able to get all our stuff out and unfortunately throw a lot of things away but was able to see it was stuff we really didn't use or need for the most part and put what we could in the first unit as we had to rearrange things. Once we were done, called her and told her and she closed us out the next day with no problem! Last but not least I left my fishing pole of which they called and told me and I proceeded to go back and get it (2 weeks later) lol thankfully they still had it!! Thank you so much! You could stop using a shady legal contract to steal everything from your customers. You could fire a man named David who has no business being around storage facilities. You could offer better terms in your contracts. You could actually put forth real effort to contact a customer before selling their belongings. Why can a process server notify someone for a traffic ticket, but you can't? Because you would rather steal from the public than offer kindness. David and your company policy would rather kick someone who is already down on their luck and struggling during hard times. I worked my entire life and you took it because you could, not because I was unable to pay you. In my book, this is plain evil. It is legal, but then again so was Chattel Slavery! read more

Had to have my lock replaced as I misplaced my keys to the storage unit. Catrina and David were extremely helpful and took care of it immediately. Assumed there would be a charge for her time and effort to remove the lock....none whatsoever. Bought another lock immediately with no issues. Catrina even brought up her cleaning cart in order to clean up the drilled lock after it was done. Extremely pleasant and very professional.
