So I called back in 24 hours to accept the spot at $134.00 and now I was told that it is not available at this price and is higher then what I am paying now for a larger space due to what they say is the market price! Confused by this statement. Not sure what they mean by this but I am sure after posting this I will get a notice of another increase because I posted this . I am sure they would tell me it's market condition when they send me the increase notice.. I would hope sometime I would get a notice that the market is lower and they would decrease our space cost.
