Angela sorted through a crazy mix-up with our storage spaces, created by a different employee at a different location. She reached out to us with many phone calls, keeping us informed about her efforts to make a stressful situation right for us. Angela took matters into her hands, because she whole-heartedly wanted our situation to be corrected, and for us to be treated fairly. We are incredibly thankful for Angela's determination, experience & knowledge. I have no doubt that without her, our tangled situation would not have been resolved. We recently sold our home and rented some storage units for our household items until our new home is ready. However, the elevator in the building was not working. This is a TERRIBLE situation for our movers who needed to unload a huge truck of our stuff into our spaces. We decided to transfer our spaces - one to a different location nearby - (Angela's location) with a working elevator. From there, everything got scrambled. But from the moment we met & spoke with Angela about everything it was clear that she was thoroughly frustrated that this happened to us...& she was going to get it straightened out. If you need very short term storage, this place is fine because they give you a cheap teaser rent rate to start. Then they start jacking up the price every chance they get! I just think there are less expensive better value storage places with the same level of security and cleanliness. We left when they gave us yet another price increase notice!

You do not have to wait until your tank is completely empty and trade it in for a new one. Before we have any parties, we always top off our tanks just in case we want to use the fire tables or outdoor heaters. It is so convenient. You pull right up to the propane area, go inside to ask for help, and pay right there for the propane. Every visit has been fast, friendly, and extremely convenient. This is definitely our go to place for propane refills.

I've been renting at this location for over 10 years. I'd really like to give them five stars, but…read moreas of late the property has been neglected. The most urgent of these issues is a leaking roof. When it rains, the vacant unit directly next to mine has a puddle on the floor and so does the area in front of the elevator. I've stopped by the office multiple times, but nobody is ever there. I've tried calling and leaving messages. On the one occasion someone actually returned my call, they put a lock on the unit that was leaking (removed it from being rentable), but then a few days later, the lock was removed and the unit was again available for rent. It has since rained again, and the roof is still leaking into that unit. There are many other issues I've had with this property, but I'll leave it at that in hopes that someone at the company reads this and finally does something about the roof. I'm considering moving to a different facitlity, but this one is a great location for me, and I access my unit almost daily. Having to drive a farther distance, as well as having to move a ton of stuff, is very undesirable. If I can't trust that my stuff will stay dry, though, I might be forced to move.
