My usual postage handler's computers were down and I needed my receipt so I came here. Unfortunately, staff do not consistently ask those customers to step aside, which slows the process and causes long lines. The situation is compounded by congestion at the counter, with boxes stacked throughout the area, making the store feel cluttered and disorganized. With additional customer service representatives and better queue management, this location could move customers through more efficiently and significantly improve the overall experience.

Consequently, I had to stand in line. Also, I chose to go to this facility because it's the main facility for Plano and I needed my package to depart the facility with the early collection parcels. I arrived at the Post Office in plenty of time to make the early collection time. My package, however, did not begin tracking until almost midnight, so it likely was not placed in their internal collection location until after the early collection time. Poor customer service.

Even more so, I messed up with my original reservation to get a larger truck. She got me set up with a trailer and going within two hours. From the call to getting hooked up and travel time. He answered my questions about the trailer sway and etc. Even found me when I missed where to hook up. They might not be getting paid enough, but they do a damn good job.
