If you need very short term storage, this place is fine because they give you a cheap teaser rent rate to start. Then they start jacking up the price every chance they get! I just think there are less expensive better value storage places with the same level of security and cleanliness. We left when they gave us yet another price increase notice!

The huge issue we have and why we are leaving was the exorbitant price increases we experienced during our time with this company. We started out at $99.00 in October 2023 and if we were to stay past July 1, 2026 we would be paying $232.00. This would have been our 5th price increase in just a little over 2.5 years.

PS charges a significant late fee because it's not at the 1st of the month; and PS allows no pay date change request. The monthly charge of my unit has more than doubled at a price well below advertising. Considering I've been a long-time loyal customer, even through the location burglarized, including my unit broken into; it's very disappointing to see and experience such unfair practices.
