After talking to them, I knew I wanted to go with them. Their customer service, attention to details, and organization are 5-star levels. One thing that really stood out to me was that instead of asking me how many boxes I need, they asked me to send them pics of my place and stuff, and they calculated the number of small, medium and large boxes I need. It's so easy to underestimate and get a different price at the end. Also, I know I wanted packers because its speeds up the entire process of moving and settling in. I'm so glad I did with Roadway. It usually takes me over half a week to pack and be stressed for over a week, but Diego and his 3 teammates packed up our studio in 2-3 hours. They're so professional. They moved so quickly with care and accuracy. Most importantly, all my kitchen appliances were wrapped with care and delivered and arrived to my new apartment in the same condition. It took us about 2 hrs to settle in, and they once again unpacked most of the furnitures and reassembled them, making me feel settled in and relaxed. I cannot thank their team enough. They're all so polite, friendly and efficient. Within 1 day, I already feel 95% settled in. It's the easiest, stress-free moving experience I had in a while!

Before they even arrived, I got a tracking link to follow their location just like Uber, which immediately made me feel at ease. Crisanto and his crew showed up right on time and were incredible. They worked quickly but carefully, wrapping all of my furniture and somehow managing three giant mirrors without a single issue. Not one complaint and not one moment of stress. What really stood out was how above and beyond they went. They helped me figure out which part of my couch would actually fit in my space, laid out my rugs, and organized everything so I could still move around my studio comfortably. Also shoutout to one of the crew members who was on his first day. You truly could not tell. The whole team was professional, efficient, and just genuinely great to work with. This was hands down the easiest move I've ever had. If you are debating which moving company to use, this is your sign. Go with them.

    Our experience mirrors many of the other victim reviews of United Speed Movers. Unfortunately, you…read moreoften don't know you are dealing with them until moving day. We originally booked through 3 Brothers Moving & Storage (which also uses multiple other LLCs). They never disclosed that they subcontract to United Speed Movers. We paid our initial deposit to 3 Brothers, believing they were our movers. We were told someone would come two months prior to give a more accurate estimate, but no one showed until the night before our move. By then, the estimate had suddenly gone up by thousands of dollars--something we now realize is part of their scam. On moving day, Alla Awad arrived at our home with a crew of random individuals (not professional movers). The contract they had us sign was incomplete and marked only with an "A" in a circle instead of a proper signature. What should have been finished by 3:30pm dragged on until 8:30pm, which we later understood is intentional--to wear families down physically and emotionally. Once our belongings were on the truck, they demanded an additional $3,700--cash preferred. We refused and insisted on paying by card, which turned out to be the smartest choice we made. Because of this, we were later able to successfully dispute the charge with our credit card company. Do not pay them in cash. Without our consent, our items were taken to New Jersey. Attempts to hire a "rescue company" failed because even they warned us of the danger in dealing with this group. Ragae Awad, who runs United Speed Movers, refused to release our items. We now know that many families' belongings are either held hostage until more money is paid, arrive late and damaged, or are sold off altogether. Sadly, many of our most personal and irreplaceable items were lost forever. Ragae and his family live in luxury while funding their lifestyle by scamming and devastating others. Law enforcement has been of little help. Based on our experience, the best recourse is: *File disputes with your credit card company if you paid by card. *File formal complaints with federal agencies. *Record every conversation with them since they avoid putting anything in writing. This family came into our home, saw our children--including the fact that I was pregnant--and still chose to exploit us. We even gave Alla Awad a gift for his son, completely unaware that he was in the process of robbing us. We grieve the items that cannot be replaced, but we are moving forward and rebuilding. If you are reading this before booking--please do not use 3 Brothers Moving, United Speed Movers, or any company tied to the Awad family. Awad family, we forgive the hurt you have caused our family. We pray for you. The Lord has shared with me that your souls are even more important than our things. God has been our refuge and our peace.

If you value your sanity, finances, and belongings, do NOT use 3 Brothers Movers or United Speed Movers. My experience with these companies was an absolute nightmare--marked by deception, unethical practices, and a complete disregard for customer rights. It's time for action, and I strongly believe a class-action lawsuit must be pursued immediately. There are countless families and individuals who have been deceived, mistreated, and financially exploited by these companies. It's heartbreaking to know this behavior continues unchecked. We must stand together to demand accountability and justice. If you've been a victim of 3 Brothers Movers or United Speed Movers, I urge you to come forward. Together, we can file a class-action lawsuit to stop this predatory behavior and ensure no one else suffers at their hands. I refuse to be disregarded, diminished, or treated as if my voice doesn't matter. We are stronger together, and we can take on these companies and win. If you're considering using 3 Brothers Movers or United Speed Movers, DON'T. They will lure you in with a low quote, inflate the price once your belongings are on the truck, and leave you to deal with delays, damaged items, stolen property, and outright lies. Their customer service is non-existent, and their practices are predatory. I am currently speaking with consumer protection attorneys to pursue legal action. If you've had similar experiences, please join me in seeking justice. These companies must be stopped. 1. Deceptive Quoting and Inflated Costs I was initially quoted $8,230 by 3 Brothers Movers for my move. However, once my belongings were packed and loaded onto their truck, I was hit with an inflated total of $20,746, almost TRIPLE the original quote. M When I protested and requested that they leave my items behind, they refused, stating they can't take the items off the truck and left with my things anyway. I was forced to proceed under duress, fearing I might never see my belongings again. 2. Manipulative Payment Practices I attempted to pay with my American Express card, but they falsely claimed they don't accept AmEx, stating they only accept wire transfers, cash, or checks. When I explained that AmEx was my only form of payment, they suddenly "remembered" they could accept Visa and MasterCard. This manipulative and chaotic payment process left me feeling confused and powerless. 3. Mismanagement and Holding My Items Hostage On September 16, 2024, my belongings were taken from Virginia to New Jersey--a state I never authorized--before eventually being sent to Florida. I didn't even know my items had been routed to New Jersey until days later, and I was never informed or asked for permission. I filed complaints with several agencies, including the Better Business Bureau (BBB), on September 17, 2024. That same day, I also filed complaints with: * Florida Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) * Florida Department of Agricultural and Consumer Services (FDACS) * US Department of Transportation * State Attorney's Office Despite my efforts, 3 Brothers Movers ignored my complaints. The only communication I received was an email on September 18, 2024, stating they had discovered a discrepancy and would contact the carrier to resolve it. That "resolution" never happened, and my items weren't delivered until October 3, 2024--nearly three weeks late. Communication with United speed movers who said that there was a discrepancy and deducted $1800 from the balance leaving me to pay $18,646 still and inflated price. 4. Stolen, Missing, Damaged, and Destroyed Items When my belongings finally arrived, the condition of my items was appalling. Several items were stolen, missing, damaged, or destroyed due to their careless handling and poor packing practices. * Stolen Items: I filed a police report for stolen items, including those I had receipts for. * Damaged Items: Many of my belongings were broken or mishandled. * Destroyed Items: Products that I carefully packed melted during transit, leaking and seeping through the boxes. Oils tumbled over and soaked into other items, causing irreparable damage. * Missing Items: Some of my most valuable belongings were unaccounted for, and I was never provided with an explanation. The blatant disregard for my property demonstrated by these companies is unforgivable. I also notified FILED A POLICE REPORT about some of my stolen items ( that I had receipts for).

It appeared they were going to be done in 30 min. So I paid the bill, and tipped the crew $50 each. When I came back 2 hours later, the contents of 1 wall unit drawer were left on the floor. One of our energy drink cans with 1/2' left in it was on the floor, but no spill in that area. One glass Angel ornament was broken and on the floor.

A about 3 foot x 2 foot x 1 foot (approx) ceramic and metal sculpture was included in the move as they had appropriately and successfully moved the piece before with NY. As appropriate, the contract included foam encasement of the rather delicate sculpture that only has a few attachment sites to the metal frame (a bike) and multiple ceramic figures with arms, legs, hands, and a sun for a head. Moises packers used about 6-10 loosely folded pieces of paper (newsprint sized - daily NY post not NY times sized paper) around the sculpture, and another 2 ish pieces sort of crumpled around the top (see photo of just opened box w top and top packaging visible.) deliverers took same photo, I assume, since they snapped shots at the same time. In addition, the "box" was folded around the top of the sculpture, which (originally) had sun rays poking through DURING SHIPMENT. As is visible in a photo, some of the sun rays broke off (big surprise), and the rest suffered obvious damage and chipping. Of the 3 ceramic pieces originally attached to the bike frame, two broke off completely and suffered major damage. All figures lost some body parts, most lost fingers and parts of / damage to feet. Notice severe breakage in photo of the broken off figures in photo. Other items also came out damaged, just less valuable and more like cracks, stress fractures, and broken shelving / separators in , for example, a large lucite unit (2ftx3ishftx4ft). Also packing was clearly more intended to create chargeable packing volume than protection. Dishes that were already in smaller manageable boxes were repacked into a huge (now super heavy) box putting the dishes together (still have to check breakage at bottom of huge triple box) with about a foot of mostly open space at top (chargeable space!!!) and a few barely folded (literally 2 or 3) pieces of newsprint on top to "protect" against vertical movement during transport. And an echo dot was the ONLY item contained in a regular 1ft x 1ft x 2ft box - with a little folded paper again for company. And boxes going to 3 locations were supposed to be dropped off at ups, where ups repackaged (at our cost) and shipped (at our cost. Because from ups they went to 3 separate locations, but all went together from starting point to ups, we were charged $500 base charge for each final location - even though moishe's only took a single trip to ups to drop off the about 8 pre-marked for location boxes. DO NOT TRUST MOISHE's - AND THEY WONT EVEN REVERSE SHIPPING CHARGES AFTER ALL THE DAMAGE, INAPPROPRIATE PACKING TO OVERCHARGE SPACE, OVER CHARGE TO UPS... THEY ARE NEITHER RELIABLE NOR RESPONSIVE TO CONCERNS.

The price was fair and Mitch was very helpful during the whole process. The movers that I had, Esau, Thomas, and Shawn were all incredibly friendly and efficient. In fact, they were the same guys my mother had for her move only 7 months prior! These guys got to my original location early and were careful, as well as intelligent, instead of being the stereotypical yes men that I have seen movers be in the past. For 6 hours of work (the travel time to Brooklyn was the biggest part of the move), everything I packed survived the move. They even put my mother's bed back together prior to them leaving for Brooklyn. That was very nice of them. I would definitely recommend them and use them again for future moves, even if it means coming to Brooklyn to do so.
