This is usually where my anxiety comes in. However, I was greeted by an extremely helpful and patient staff member named Nick. He not only helped me make sense of everything but he helped me contact Amazon customer service to resolve one of my issues. It did not matter how long the line got he never made me feel like I was holding things up. Instead he continued helping other customers with a smile and did his job effectively and efficiently. When they arrived at the new home one of the movers lovingly insisted I stopped helping bc I am 9months pregnant and joked with me about how hard it must be to not be able to really help. They were great with my almost five year old who of course was obsessed with the truck and just the new faces and all of our family there complimented on their professionalism. My team consisted of Alex, the owner, who honored their 5 % discount if booked 3 weeks before moving, and my movers, Eugene and Serge. Eugene contacted me the day before to confirm & ask some questions about my contents, and he kept me informed all along as to their arrival time. All went well but it took longer than expected with only 2 men. They were careful and followed my instructions re: delicate or previously damaged furniture. I asked if they would tell me when the heavy furniture was coming inside because I wanted to put padding on the legs to protect the wooden floors. This slowed them up but it helped me because I might have forgotten about doing that later. Also, I asked them to carry many boxes to the basement, and that I appreciated so much. I was very concerned about one piece, an antique rocker that had 2 breaks in one leg. Much to my surprise, Eugene placed a reinforced bandage on the leg and I am still using it until I take it to get repaired. While packing the month before, I had forgotten where I had hid some valuable jewelry. Well, low and behold, when my bedroom was already emptied, I saw my 2 stashes of gold and silver on the window sill. When I went to Eugene, I commented that I would never have known if they had kept it, and thanked him profusely. His response, "My parents taught me right, I guess." As far as Albo's rates and overall value go....You can't put a price on this kind of integrity and work ethic. The fact that I used them twice in 2 years speaks for itself. Packing for a move is one of the worst stresses in life. But having a moving company that is reliable and trustworthy will free up your mind to concentrate on other important things during your move.

Before they even arrived, I got a tracking link to follow their location just like Uber, which immediately made me feel at ease. Crisanto and his crew showed up right on time and were incredible. They worked quickly but carefully, wrapping all of my furniture and somehow managing three giant mirrors without a single issue. Not one complaint and not one moment of stress. What really stood out was how above and beyond they went. They helped me figure out which part of my couch would actually fit in my space, laid out my rugs, and organized everything so I could still move around my studio comfortably. Also shoutout to one of the crew members who was on his first day. You truly could not tell. The whole team was professional, efficient, and just genuinely great to work with. This was hands down the easiest move I've ever had. If you are debating which moving company to use, this is your sign. Go with them.
