Troy's estimate also recommended three men, which we were fine with and booked. We received a call about 30 minutes before they arrived, and once they arrived, they got to work. When you book Two Men and a Truck, you're charged a travel fee and an hourly rate. I was worried that in a rural area, we would be charged a higher travel fee, but we were not. The company has a large service area. The three gentlemen who moved my mom's two-story home to the smaller one-story ranch did an excellent job. The price was incredibly fair for the service and professionalism we received. Nothing was broken, and the crew took good care of my mom's belongings as if it were their family member's move. they provided recommendations on where to place furniture in my mom's new-to-her home. Everyone was super professional and worked FAST. In fact, they finished the move a bit earlier than we expected. Our 85-inch TV was clearly part of the move, was discussed, and was packed/wrapped by their crew. After the move, we discovered the screen was cracked and the TV was ruined. Yes, we were told the morning of the move that TVs are not covered, and we signed the paperwork. But at that point, we were already moving that day and had no realistic alternative for a 100+ pound, 85-inch TV. That kind of policy should be made crystal clear during the estimate, not when the truck is already there. A moving company should not agree to pack and transport a large, expensive television and then take zero responsibility if it is damaged. "We'll move it, but if we break it, that's your problem" is not acceptable. I spoke to the manager, Keith, and told him we were happy with the move until discovering the broken TV. We generously tipped the 4 movers and I was planning to recommend them as I'm a realtor. He would not give a penny toward our loss. We are now out the cost of replacing an 85-inch TV, which is approximately $2000. I absolutely do not recommend this company.

My mission was to clear out a storage unit & pick up a Uhaul at this location. I went in from NY so i decided to fly in & Uber to the facility. Two negative things happened; my Uhaul reservation wasn't ready and I had the wrong combination code. At this time it was around 1pm and they closed at 5pm so i was running short on time. It was a very busy day for the staff from what i could see so it was hard for them to help me right away. Ultimately we all figured things out as a team and they were able to get me into another Uhaul rental for the same price. A bigger one! They then helped me cut the lock to the unit and had all the equipment available for me to load everything into the truck w no major issues. The manager even took me around the facility on his brand new golf cart which i thought was pretty cool! After i finished up i went to say bye to the team for all their help dealing w. the scenario I was in. They gave me a few water bottles for my long drive to FL and ultimately were happy to see me succeed. I would recommend this facility mainly for the great service & patience they provided me with.

My house was 1850 square feet plus had a double car garage with extended work area fully loaded with stuff. The movers started at 9 and were gone by 3:45. I moved from WV to SC. They unloaded and had my furniture put back together the very next day and were completely done by early afternoon. There was not a single scratch or any damage done whatsoever to any of my stuff. Also, when they packed my stuff- they organized it and labeled the boxes with detail making t much easier for me to unpack. Prices were reasonable. I highly recommend this company for anyone moving anywhere in the US. I referred them to a friend also moving across several states and she also was highly impressed. They communicated with me every step of he way letting me know where they were, when they would be there, etc etc. I used the largest truck (26 footer). Filled it and had a little room to spare. The 2nd time was equally as good, however, when I moved this last time into my home, they sent 2 trucks and 4 guys. The one that I had requested, which I had the first time was not available that day so they sent 4 others out. The one lead guy did not stay on top of the others and they just did what they wanted. They were slow, careless and I ended up with damaged furniture, damaged doorways into my NEW house and not one did they have the curtesy to let me know. They put things in one room that I asked them to and ended up just piling things on top of other things to the point where I can't get to anything without moving everything out. They put the remainder of the stuff in the garage and it looks like a trash heap in both my one bedroom and the garage. It took them almost 8 hours to move me. I did have 3 storage units, however, it only took 2 hours to move into the biggest one and about 1 1/2 hours to move into the 2nd one. I moved myself into the 3rd one. That was with only 2 guys per unit. This time, it took over 4 hours to move out of the units. That is insane. I am sorry to say that I would not recommend to anyone if you value your possessions and your time and money.

We had taken photos of the tub before hand and after. Three sides of our hot tub were damaged. This 1-star review is not about the damage. This review is a result of their lack of professionalism in handling the claim. We paid them EXTRA for what they deemed "insurance" to cover damages, but then refused to use that coverage to cover the damages they caused. I was told by Dalton Duran that they would send someone to our home to look at the damage and then settle with us. But continuous attemps to reach him resulted in being ghosted. We are filing a claim in civil court as a result. Just a word to the wise. Always get pictures before and after and be prepared for the worst. They aren't professional enough to handle the mistakes they makes. I'll never use them again. You shouldn't, either.
