The biggest issue I had was the guys who loaded our truck. They came over an hour late and then instead of wrapping our furniture, they just started tossing the stuff on to the truck unwrapped. The driver even had to tell them they needed to wrap it or he wasn't going to be able to leave. Then within 15 mins - they broke our credenza. We called the office right then and there and they tried to get the crew aligned a touch better. However there was no improvement. We got to our new home and all three TVs were busted dressed were scratched up couch ripped. Their response was - well we will look into it. I mean when the guys unloaded our stuff they took pictures so they wouldn't be blamed.
