Never an apology or anything. Have always paid for 6 months at a time for box rental and suddenly this last time with no warning it was increased to a full year. Unlikely that I will renew when the time comes and I have been renting a box here for nearly 30 years.

Utilized their service for furniture removal in a portion of our house during renovations. The outgoing process did not go as smoothly as hoped. After sharing concerns, the boss himself was there upon return and things went much more smoothly. The company even addressed a minor repair while the furniture was in storage so that upon return there were no issues. Located in Sioux City, we utilized their services for the all in one capabilities of moving in storage. Despite a few bumps initially, I would use them again. Where I knock them down is my moving window ended at 2pm. At 215 I head heard nothing and I could not get ahold of anyone at the office (it was a Sunday). At 245 I had assumed they were no shows so I started moving things on my own. Around 315 I got a call they were on their way. A move earlier in the day delayed them and I respect this is a hard job but I would have liked communication of the delay.

Then, when we arrived at the drop-off location, they left almost everything in the garage instead of bringing it inside like a professional moving company is supposed to do. It felt rushed and careless. Worse than that, one of the employees was incredibly unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable during the move. The way he acted was completely out of line and unacceptable. It was not only unprofessional--it made an already stressful day much worse. I contacted the company afterward to express my concerns, and to my shock, they didn't seem to care at all. No apology, no solution, no attempt to make things right. Just total indifference. Save yourself the trouble--this company is unreliable, unprofessional, and clearly doesn't care about customer satisfaction. I would never recommend them to anyone.
