There's rarely ever anyone in the office, so good luck talking to anyone. This is my second Unit because someone else's caught fire in the first building and they forced me to move out and tried to make me move out of the whole complex but the office staff found me another unit. But the worst are the rates... and they border on fraudulent and deceptive marketing. They are a "month to month" facility and they adjust rates based on demand, yada yada, their whole excuse factory. Rented my unit on 2022 at $127 per month... then it went up to $177 a few months later... then over $200, and then in 2025 went to $309 per month. Here we are, 2026 with a $309 per month rental while they still list the "standard price" for the same unit on their website at $157. Absolutely abhorrent behavior and probably something states attorneys general should be looking at. Avoid at all costs, they give your enticing rates to draw you in and then drop the hammer because they know it's not convenient to change units and move your stuff.

I've rented units and my price stayed the same for the Entire 4 years. During the booking of the space the lady asked how long we would need the unit for? We expressed possibly 3 to 4 years but maybe less, and not less than a year minimum. She suggest a different location further from our residence and said their price was 58 bucks per month. Only for them to turn around and raise the price 100%. We had 5 units with them while we are transitioning. The place is clean, the staff is nice, but find yourself a reliable place to park your things without suffering ridiculous increase every 4 months, which is what the staff stated unless you want to sell all your things. We paid thousands for movers to put everything in only to have to turn around and do it again. Trash business if you ask me.

From the beginning, we were given very clear expectations: one full day for packing, one full day for moving and setup, and a team of five experienced, professional movers. Unfortunately, almost none of these promises were honored. On packing day, five crew members arrived, but one was completely unproductive and left within an hour, stating it was his last day. The remaining crew failed to inform us that we were only allotted five hours to pack a fully furnished five-bedroom home--an unrealistic and unacceptable limitation. As a result, only about 50% of the packing was completed, with the remainder pushed to the next day. The following day was even more chaotic. Due to miscommunication from their office, the crew went back to the old house instead of continuing work at the new one. To make matters worse, one crew member showed up intoxicated, forcing my husband to personally drive him back to the office. This left us short-staffed and further delayed. Throughout the day, a new supervisor repeatedly warned us that they would have to leave by 5 PM due to "hour limitations," despite the incomplete work. We ended up packing much of the kitchen and bedroom items ourselves just to keep things moving. At the new house, the situation deteriorated further. The supervisor and another crew member left without informing us, abandoning the job mid-process. If not for two crew members, Conor and AJ--who, despite being exhausted, worked hard and showed professionalism--we would have been completely stranded. Additionally, our hardwood vintage bedframe was broken during the move. There are several scratches on the floor in the new house, we are missing several of our expensive shoes. We are still in the process of unpacking, not sure what else we might discover. It has now been over a week, and we have yet to hear from the claims department, despite expecting follow-up. Overall, this was a deeply frustrating and stressful experience, marked by poor communication, lack of professionalism, and failure to deliver on basic commitments. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
