Only reason I'm giving them 4 stars is that when I went to actually put the items in the storage unit one of the elevators did not work so it took us twice as long to be able to put the things in the storage space as it could have if both elevators were working. I reserved a unit online and was required to upload my driver's license. I tried more than a dozen times and the system would not accept it. I then called the Coral Way location and spoke directly with a staff member, who asked me to email my ID to her. She confirmed she received it while I was on the phone, told me everything was set, and provided me with my gate code and storage unit number. A week later, my daughter went to the facility on a Sunday with a full car, ready to unload and the gate code did not work. Since the office was closed, the call center answered. They told me the issue was that my ID was never uploaded. I explained the entire situation, including that the onsite employee had received my ID and issued the gate code and unit number. They even contacted the district manager and claimed the issue was "fixed." After 45 minutes of back-and-forth, the gate code still never worked. I requested a refund the following Monday. It has now been over a week and a half (almost two weeks), and I still have not received my deposit. I keep getting the runaround with no resolution. This experience was disorganized, frustrating, and completely unreliable. I strongly advise anyone considering this location to stay away. I truly feel like I dodged a major bullet. KEEP AWAY I have contacted the office directly multiple times. All with no results.

(Mind you, they open at 9:30 on Saturday) The customers were waiting on him for a long time! When I went to my unit, there was homeless person living inside the unit. The man had the unit open and was lying on the floor inside the unit and had papers scattered all over. I was told by staff that it was normal around there and that they were paying customers. He told me he would move me to another unit on another floor and the place was even worse. The floors were all dirty and carpets appeared to have leak stains all over. There was a couple fighting up there and appeared to also be homeless. Not sure it is legal to have a homeless shelter inside a storage unit. I cancelled my reservation and got a refund.

When you inquire in the office about getting them fixed, they tiredly point to the phone number on the door and tell you to call corporate. The price increases every year and it isn't a small increase. Paying several hundred dollars every month, you would think that they would have working building services. Additionally, The office staff could not be less helpful. Most days you can see the manager in the office with his feet on desk, clearly visible from the front window. Once the office is closed, the bathrooms are locked, so if you're in there in the evening, you'll be out of luck. They tell you to go next door to Walgreens!!! We moved one mile down the road, got the same size unit for half price (not a promotional price) and every time we go, the manager is walking around the property, either walking the property with his housekeeping cart or talking with customers. Much better customer service!!!
