I walked in here looking for a storage unit. There were no other customers there but the woman at the desk did not even acknowledge me. She was not friendly, offered no greeting and when I asked the price for a small unit, she didn't know and had to look it up. How does someone who answers the same basic price question so many times not know the answer? The price she quoted is very high(about $100 month compared to other places around $60). They also require insurance. They do not offer 24 hr. access either. There is also a sign asking customers to maintain a 6 foot distance and then after she showed me the unit she broke that rule as well. I would pass on this company because the service is rude with attitude, their prices are high and there's alot of other storage places. Not recommended. read more

I haven't been with them long but so far it has been a great experience. Took care of everything online and good communication. The entry doors are smaller than I'm used to, but it worked out fine. Kyle keeps an eye out for any issues that don't look right. He has been friendly and helpful. I am hoping that it continues to be a good place. read more

I needed a good sized storage unit right away! I was able to get one here. I copied the code to the gate incorrectly from my e-mail, but the lady at the facility was able help me out right away. She showed me the unit, and how to secure it. I never had issues with the gates or my storage. It was nice to know my belongings were safe and secure. Highly recommended! read more

Used this location for about 3 months while moving. Kim, the manager was very nice to work with and professional. The place is kept up and clean. Carts are located in each building and almost always available. My only complaint is that the inside units are not kept that cool. It's just evap so if you really want it kept cool this one may not be for you. The ones will A/C will probably cost more. For the money, this one worked well for me. read more

The longer you stay, the more you pay. I just moved out of my 10x15 unit when they raised the rent to $175 a month. The same unit for a new tenant goes for $115. If you ask, they will sometimes reduce your rent to what they charge new customers. But after a while, that gets old. The last straw was when they changed the latches so that it's difficult to maneuver them open and closed, and to open and close your own locks. They told me they had to do it because of all the break-ins. Looked to me like these are just as easy to break into, as the old ones. read more

Within minutes of inquiring online I received a call. I went to the storage place that day and was given a tour. I was informed of all of my options, including up/down size at any time and only the monthly price changes (no additional charges), my contract was thoroughly explained including charges, monthly billing, if I pay in advance it would be refunded, 10 day cancellation policy. It turns out I didn't need the space. About 7-8 days later I removed my lock, it only took a few minutes to process the check-out. Everything was very easy from start to finish. No complications, no hidden fees. The property is very clean, including the on-site restrooms which is important with a toddler!, well placed security cameras and you have to enter a code to get in as well as get out of the gate. ****If there are several Extra Space Storages in the area CHECK THE PRICING!!!! I did find it odd that there were 3 within a couple miles and the prices differed from $5 - $10/ month. Once you decide, there are no hidden fees, etc. read more

Staff is very friendly and efficient. I was in and out within 15 mins. Only complaint, I have is day of move in, there was a lock on the unit, which was a surprise, apparently the staff forgot to unlock the unit. I called the emergency line and they contacted the office right away, a team member was there within 20 mins, very quick service. She was also very apologetic and nice. This place is great but I wish I could give them a 4.75 ONLY because they are not open on Sundays and I REALLY needed a unit on a Sunday. BUT!!!! I liked them soooo much that I waited (I put all my stuff for storage if front of my house overnight) and went online first thing Monday morning to reserve a space and got a call within 3 or 4 minutes from Kim at the storage place asking me if I had any questions and letting me know she could help me, in office, with everything. read more
