The Moving At Ease team delivered the best move I have ever had. I have moved many times across the country and back and have had good experiences and those bordering on nightmarish. I moved locally about three years ago with a company that left a lot to be desired. Just recently, I needed movers for a local move in town from a moderate sized home to a larger home with stairs and tricky entrances. I have many pieces of art, some large furniture pieces, fragile outdoor sculptures and tough places to get it all into and out of. Moving at Ease was recommended and Dan came out to give me an estimate. Many companies I contacted did not even want to come out and provide an estimate which I'm not comfortable with. But Dan came out as scheduled was honest and gave me a realistic range with options I could choose, i.e. packing, unpacking etc. The packing team was amazing and had a large job done in an efficient amount of time. Dorothy and gang were superb. The moving team led by Chris was outstanding. The day was a 12 hour moving day and the team was always upbeat, willing to change furniture around and put things in place. Chris was on the ball, organized and knew what he was doing. The unpacking team came the next day and completely unpacked and even arranged things in very creative ways that I would never have thought about. They stayed until I was satisfied that I didn't need anymore help. I never felt like they just wanted to move on or get out of my house. I can't say ENOUGH good things about my experience with this company. Charlie was the first person I spoke with, he immediately put me at ease and answered all my questions about moving my mother out of her home and into an assisted living facility....all while I am 3 states away. On day one Dorothy and Dan helped us pack. They were kind, polite and efficient as they advised us on how best to organize for the move on the following day. On day two they sent us the A Team of Movers with Frank, Nick, Adam, Ryan and Dan moving my mom's belongings, dropping off donations to Goodwill and hauling heirlooms to storage for us. They were fast workers with GREAT attitudes and funny jokes. They made the process so much smoother than I could have ever imagined. The day finished with me showing up to my mom's apartment to find her with a gigantic smile on her face (the first in a long time) as Lisa, the ultimate bestest ever un-packer was putting the last of my mom's treasures in place. We hired Moving at Ease because I was moving my father and his companion from an assisted living facility in Chandler to a Memory Care facility in Chandler. I was somewhat emotional because of the decline of my father's health and the fact that he now needed 24/7 care. Lisa and Ginger arrived to pack up our things two days before the actual move and did so in a timely manner. When moving day arrived the team packed up the truck as quickly as possible and moved all our belongings to our respective buildings and were more than willing to move things in and around to make for a better flow and functional. Ginger went right to task in unpacking and her team helped get things set up properly so that the computer was working and of course, the TV before they left. They were professional and very personable as I felt like my family was doing the move. These movers were AMAZING. They made an arduous chore FUN. Best moving company in the Country!!! My wife and I move often for my job and we have used a number of moving companies all over the country. We have had a number of mediocre to bad experiences with other moving companies. Moving At Ease was different. They are extremely professional, showed up on time to our home and moved all of our stuff very quickly and with care. All of our furniture was wrapped to ensure no damage would be done to any of it. This is the first time I've used professional movers, and I wasn't expecting a very good experience based on what I've heard from others when they've used moving companies. WOW was I impressed with Moving at Ease! Two professional gentlemen showed up, on time and ready to work! They were very efficient and no time went to waste even with my haphazard packing skills. They handled everything carefully and nothing was damaged during handling or the drive. Before they left each location, they asked several times for me to be sure that I hadn't missed anything. I had some unusual items to move, and they couldn't have been in better care. The actual moving costs came in below the estimated cost and they were done in 5 hours including the 2 hour drive! Today I was with my friend Roxie Booko on her moving day. If there were 10 stars I would give it to them I was witness to a great company. The men, headed by Danny B did a fantastic job. All 5 men were good workers, careful with everything they picked up and packed. Wrapped furniture in plastic, some with moving blankets and plastic. They were courteous, respectful and all out excellent workers. Moving At Ease packs everything, delivers, unpacks and puts each item in the room where they belong (just point where you want it and it's done), plus two ladies come into the house before moving to pack everything, then unpacks everything from putting kitchen items in cabinets to putting all your clothes in your closet. My moving team was amazing - I had 4 guys and 2 trucks show up to my house and they got the job done so quickly .... they're extremely nice and professional. They wrapped everything for me and not one thing got damaged or lost in the move. Frank, kind of like the head guy in charge of the other guys , went above and beyond helping me. He cleaned my daughters fish tank and really went out of his way to make sure they were properly moved and ok during the transition. They guys set up my apartment so perfectly. They aim to please and were so polite. I have been using Moving At Ease for the last 4.5 years and can't say enough good things about them. I've worked with them on corporate moves, personal moves, container and storage unit unloading, general furniture rearranging, out-of-state runs, and even large TV production moves that required lots of personalized attention. I called several movers to compare prices, and read all the reviews I could find about movers to help with a transfer from one storage unit to another in town. Dealing with Flynn, Dan and Charlie was easy, and they made it clear they wanted to provide excellent service. They sent out a 2-man crew (Matt and Dom) on the specified date, and those guys were easy going, yet efficient. They did a great job organizing my belongings in the new storage unit. One suggestion would be to have Matt and Don change their telephone number: I almost did not pick up their notification call because my phone indicated an out of state number I did not recognize.... Moving At Ease is not the cheapest in town, but not the most expensive either. I would recommend them highly for your next move. read more

We had an issue with another moving company not showing up/not answering our calls the day of our move. We immediately found Moving At Ease on Yelp and loved their reviews. I personally spoke with Charlie and told him our situation and he made it a priority to help us however he could and to get us a moving crew that day. He called hourly with updates and ETA's and it made our day less stressful. We had a 3 man crew show up (Bernie, Rick and Chris) and they were wonderful. WOW! I was BEYOND impressed with this company. I just moved last week and I wasn't nearly as prepared (or packed) as I should have been. These guys were awesome! They told me not to worry and were willing and able to help me finish up my last minute packing. They were very nice about the fact that I wasn't 100% ready for them. They were extremely cautious with all my fragile items and packing them correctly. In fact, I did not have a single chip, scratch or dent in any of my furniture or dishes. I was shocked! Just wanted everyone to know these guys rock. when Covid hit we used them to move my mother-in-law and they stepped up to the plate and did her a great job. I knew then I would call them when our time came. The day was today after 6 plus months of delays on our new build we finally got our keys and just like expected they knocked it out of the park. I can't say Thank You enough the Isaiah and his movers . We had to reschedule 5 times and every time he got us set up never complaining about our schedule or lack of it because of delay after delay. Very happy I chose Moving at Ease to get me from point A to B. Their price-point is a bit higher than other movers in the Phoenix area but the service is top notch and worth every penny. Chase and Co. were personable, professional, and proficient. They took under 2.5 hours to move the contents of my 2 bedroom apartment from S. Scottsdale to N. Phoenix/Scottsdale area. The movers took directions and understood my needs from the outset. As with any moving company, things go a whole lot smoother when they're simply moving you and not packing you up as well. There is glut of moving companies in the Phoenix area but for my money I'm not sure there is one better than Moving at Ease. read more
