I guess math is not your forte because it was a 50% increase. Go back to high school. I guess your reading comprehension is also lacking since I stated you could have sent the notice via e-mail. You have my e-mail address, sent my receipts to that e-mail address, so it has nothing to do with whether I had a PO Box or a regular address. Also, no one regularly checks their mailbox anymore, PO Box or regular address doesn't matter, and you know it. I stated that as well in my original review. I would never recommend a place that blames the customer who did nothing wrong. Received a 50% increase. I was told by several employees there, including a manager, that the most they would increase would be $10. The place isn't worth that much of an increase. Plus they sent the notice of increase by snail mail only, not email. Who checks their mail anymore. I have everything set up electronically, so I didn't notice the increase until it was too late for this month. They were good a couple years ago , but I no longer recommend the facility. There is a lot of competition out there. Don't listen to their lies trying to justify the price increase..

Although CubeSmart wasn't my first choice, after visiting and checking on a few other facilities. I am a CubeSmart believer now. I stumbled upon CubeSmart when driving home. I decided, I should at least check out one more facility before calling it a day. Upon pulling up to the site. I noticed there was one main gate in and out with a keypad entry along with security cameras, which tells me that my things will be well taken care of here. After getting out of my car and walking towards the office, I was greeted by Melanie. She was smart, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. She invited me into the office. Gave me the full run down on how the whole process works at CubeSmart along with pricing. We then went on a small tour of the grounds. The site was well tended to and overall had a well up kept appearance. The unit was just what I was looking for and just the right price. I am excited to move in and thanks again to Melanie for all the help!!!

1 Star Review -- Extremely Disappointed with CubeSmart…read more I originally rented from a company called Storage West back in 2021. I had two 5x10 units at just $48 per month each, and everything was great -- until they were bought out by CubeSmart. Honestly, that buyout was the worst move ever. Had Storage West told me they were selling, I would have never rented from them, especially since I was preparing for a long-distance move to the East Coast. Lesson learned: always ask if a storage company plans to sell or change ownership before signing any agreement. Fast forward to 2025 -- my rent skyrocketed to $250 per unit! CubeSmart showed zero appreciation for my long-term business and made paying even harder by suddenly removing the phone payment option I had always used. To make matters worse, because I was an existing customer, I didn't qualify for any of the promotions or discounts new renters were getting for the exact same 5x10 units. By July 2025, I moved out of both units -- and I will NEVER rent from CubeSmart again. Warning to others: If you need long-term storage, be cautious! CubeSmart is nearly impossible to reach -- from the local office all the way up to corporate. I'm still waiting on a call back from their corporate office. Bottom line: I do NOT recommend CubeSmart for anyone looking for honest, reliable, long-term storage I do have to give credit to Adam the manager who was newly hired for this particular location he was very helpful
