I am a customer at this storage . They have really bad customer service. The so call manager Katherine is very rude. If you don't like your job then find something else. They lie and lie about the customers belonging . One of their building caught on fire they didn't even bother on calling me to notify me. no stars! this place us the most horrible bussiness in town and down right evil! they uped the price of my unit that i had a contract with 75% just after a few months of having it and then they sold my storage without any warning after being late only 2 months because i was having a hard time paying the 75% increase being a single mom with only a part time job! everyrhing that was not replaceable was in there! i hate this place! so insensitive assholes! read more

NEGATIVE STARS -- if possible! Spokane/Sullivan Ave. facility I just received my second rent increase within a year. They now want nearly $100. more per month than my original contract. In December, there was a fire which took out more than 20 units. The driveways between the burned units and those which weren't burned were blocked with chain link fencing. Renters were not allowed to access the adjacent undamaged units, preventing those customers storing Christmas decorations from retrieving them until the last week before the holiday. The fire was evidentially electrical in origin due to lack of maintenance and resulting in their shutting off power to the storage units. A pull-chain socket and a single light bulb were provided to the unit I rented, and I presume to other similar units. I have given the contract-required 10-day move-out notice as I have found another local facility offering the same size unit for $100./month less. Its new and constructed of steel, not wood (read: FIREPROOF). To top it all off, today, I checked their published rates on their website, and found them CONSIDERABLY LESS that what thy were charging me - even before this latest rent hike!! This is one FLAKEY business. Avoid like the virus! P.S. There are more storage units in this location with "AVAILABLE" tags on the door than I have ever seen before. Maybe the word is getting around and customers are fleeing like rats off a sinking ship. read more
