When considering using this company, keep in mind that the rates WILL change and rapidly, that's how they make their money. .

I am at my wits's end with this rodent situation. I don't ever do negative reviews but after what I…read morewas faced with this morning after more than a year of dealing with it, I have no choice. My unit has been INFESTED with some type of rodent, most likely a large rat. This seemed to have started late last year 2021, and I have been working with the location manager who has always been attentive and willing to assist. Assurances that a new pest control team would be working on this issue and dealing with clients leaving food trash outside my unit or leaving the door open overnight were causes that were being addressed. Today I opened the door to rodent droppings and urine covering ALL of my belongings!! I was literally in tears! Devastated that cherished personal items are not permanently tainted!! Outside the unit in the hallway, the floor was covered in droppings. Clearly something ate through the ac duct system and droppings came down from the duct work. I am in delicate health having had surgery recently and should not be doing heavy lifting but I am faced with no choice but to find a way to evacuate this location and salvage what I possibly can. PEOPLE SHOULD BE AWARE OF HOW BAD THIS INFESTATION PROBLEM IS!!!

Went up the elevator to see if any upstairs and there were not. Saw another guest inside and asked if they knew where they were. She said no I have not seen a cart in a long time. I went to the office to ask the guy there. He said no we don't have any. We had 1 but it got stolen. I said that is absolutely unacceptable. In your website it says there are carts to use. In the facility there are signs posted about carts. I called public storage to complain and they told me carts are just courtesy and they don't have to provide them. I am a single person and moving a whole U-Haul alone is hard enough. Then have to break the seal of the dolly to move 4 boxes at a time and carry everything else by hand was more than I had time or energy for but at that point I didn't have an option. Super disappointing all around. Not sure if these are franchise but it really should be an absolute need to have carts. If people steal them that should be a built in cost to the facility to account for. Don't let the bad people make the experience for the good ones an awful one.
