Staff has been professional and nice in all of my interactions. The negative stars is based on this place being infested with spiders, bugs, worms, and lizards. They are everywhere and inside the units. If you care about your belongings and don't want either spiders or potentially eggs of them growing in your stuff, I'd opt out of this place. read more

I am currently in the process of moving I spoke with a representative over the phone from public storage who was able to get me a unit to fit my vehicle and park and store while I'm in transition of moving to another city, Public storage honored the one dollar down for the first month and I'm so grateful for that. This has save me a lot of money I've definitely have use this company before in the past six years ago. The last time I moved and they're very reliable with storing your personal and sentimental items definitely look into them before going anywhere else. read more

As a college student looking to store stuff over the summer, I was a little scared because I wouldn't be able to check in on my items being gone for the whole summer. Also, this place doesn't have AC units which also scared me. However, I had a great experience with my items here. Everything was perfectly fine after 3 months of being gone. There were a few spider webs etc but nothing else major like bugs such as cockroaches or ants which i was nervous about. This facility is in a great location for me.I searched around as there are a number of storage facility in the area & what sold me on this one was the manager Troy.He went above & beyond to satisfy my needs.He keeps the facility clean the units are wel maintained.He personally helped me with the App on my phone. He told me to contact him if I have any issues, not like others. The quality of the unit I Rented is clean & had a locking ready to install.The value is reasonable for the area.They offer a discount for 6 months. All in all I would rent from Troy again.He made it a pleasant experience. read more

I have used public storage in the past. I used them because of their great promotions. I would first like to start off with the fact the this property manager, Troy, doesn't run this business in a timely fashion. I had an appointment the day I went in and it took him over an hour to see me. He then asked my fiancé to either step outside or stand all the way In the back of the room despite, he was the one paying for the transaction. I told him we had an appointment. I told him I have a truck that needs to be returned on time. He left the store and put a return sign up for another 15 minutes. When he walked away, he was moving as if he didn't have us and two other customers waiting and watching him walk back was just as slow. I needed to u load this truck ASAP. Once he finally signed me up, he actually expected a good review. He wasted more time because my first unit was broken. He wasted a good two hours in total and anyone who rents a uhaul to move knows every minute counts. Second. The promotion was 50% of the first month. Plus insurance, the lock and tax. One month is 30 (31) days. I rented the unit on October 17. I paid about $104. Today is November 3. I was just charged $29.97. He claims that is prorated for November. So I didn't get my full 50% off on the first month. I told him I didn't want autopay when I signed up. He put me down for auto pay. When I asked for a customer service number to get assistance on the matter, he gave me the number which rerouted me back to him. If the location wasn't literally 2 minute drive or if I wanted to really walk I could, I would have switched locations. It disappointing to have the location convenience with bad support staff. read more

DO NOT STORE YOUR BELONGINGS HERE UNLESS YOU WANT ROACHES AND ROACH SHIT ALL OVER YOUR STUFF. I got a unit here over a year ago and have been by the unit maybe twice to add a few more boxes. Here I am now a year later coming to move all my stuff out and into a new condo and there are roaches crawling all over everything. There are roach turds, as well as feces from another unidentified animal, on EVERYTHING. The person working offered to transfer our stuff to another unit which does absolutely NOTHING considering the fact that 1) im trying to move all my stuff out today, and 2) if theres roaches in my unit, theres roaches in all the units because they arent individually sealed off - theyre all open at the top. I am thoroughly disgusted right now. I will NEVER do business with Public Storage again, and the only time their name will ever come out of my mouth will be in the form of me advocating AGAINST them. Troy was terrific from the very first time I spoke with him which was weeks prior to our actually renting our unit. As we moved over 3000 miles away, I depended upon Troy's help and he did not disappoint,. Not sure what happened in 2012 with one of the reviews regarding roaches but I did inspect the area and nothing was found at all. Definitely service orientated which in today's world is quite rare. They were helpful. Still there were additional costs. Quoted $131 - went outside & via their website on my phone reserved the same unit for 118. Still after everything it is ~$145 / month. I've got what seems a clean unit inside a climate controlled area - but I'll watch for roaches & ... Lights in the units would be nice. The hallway lighting isn't enough. Had to bring a flashlight - no AC outlet for a work light. read more

I have been using this location since 2011 with 2 units the entire time costing roughly $1,000 a month which equates to an expenditure of almost $90,000 and never missed a single payment.I am appalled at the way this was handled and hope this review wakes you up on how you "take care" of your customers. In March my businesses were forced to close due to the pandemic and are still not open as I write this today. In compliance with CDC guidelines and as a way to protect myself, my employees and those at Public Storage we remained home for two months. Myself along with my employees have tried to minimize our role in spreading the virus by being overly cautious and avoiding face-to-face interaction unless absolutely necessary. Two weeks ago I went to hand deliver our payment ( which we've done every month for the last 9 years) for the 60 days prior and upon our arrival we were informed the units had been auctioned off on June 24, 2020. Prior to the auction, nobody from Public Storage even remotely attempted to look up our contact info despite the paper trail of checks they had along with our names registered on the units. I contacted District Manager, Kristina Benitez,who has yet to return any of my phone calls, emails, and voicemails for the last 2 1/2 weeks. I made it very clear to the location we used that I was not merely trying to "get my stuff back" but was attempting to buy back the various items that my businesses require. I understand we should have updated our contact info but given our in-person payment method, name on the account, and business address located on the checks we used to pay, I assumed there would be some semblance of an attempt to contact myself and avoid what is now a serious problem. A few days ago I spoke with Henry "Hank" Obst, the Regional VP of Operations for this area. He expressed his concerns and assured me he'd look into the situation. I made myself very clear that I was just trying to find the name of the individual so I could attempt to buy back certain items my businesses require to run efficiently. It has been 3 days and I have not heard back from anybody including Hank, Kristina, and the associates from that location. I guess if the VP doesn't do anything about it it's evident why the behavior of his employees follow suit. This whole situation not only showcases the lack of customer appreciation but more so the incompetence and total lack of customer service/support to loyal customers such as myself. I understand protecting personal information of the buyers but what I don't understand is why after nearly 10 years, during a PANDEMIC, I wasn't given the decency of a heads up prior to the auction so I could have immediately paid it and not be forced to be writing this today. I sincerely hope this complaint is addressed and serves as a lesson to your employees when it comes to the maintenance and etiquette that should be given to paying customers. I am writing this as a final plea and courtesy to anyone who uses Public Storage to note how they "take care" of their customers. I strongly advise anybody who's utilizing their services to reconsider as it is evident despite how much you pay or how long you remain a loyal customer, there is no decency or common courtesy extended with or without a global pandemic occurring. If you or anyone you know attended the auction on June 24, 2020 for units B002 and B19 at this location please feel free to contact me as I am now forced to rely on the decency of humanity rather than the decency of a company whose sole job is to assist customers in protecting their personal belongings. I will never use Public Storage again and make sure any/ everybody I know is aware of the same. You should be ashamed of yourselves. read more

We were moving from halfway across the nation, and chose this Public Storage to store our items (books, electronics, motorcycle, etc.) before permanently settling in. We were serviced by Troy every time we came in, and he is an outstanding employee who clearly is good at his job and cares about his customers. Our items suffered no damage while held in the unit for over a month. i would recommend this Public Storage to others. read more

I booked my storage unit based on an estimated date as I was moving from Denver driving a moving truck. Thus, based on the drive my dates changed. Every time I called to speak with Public Storage Troy would take my call. He was extremely rude and put out when I indicated I needed to move my dates. The 2nd time I called I told him I would find a different property as he always seem irritated when I had to make a change. He did apologize at that time. When I arrived at the property he was still extremely uptight and seemed quite bothered. When I asked about the size and if my belongings would fit he did not want to offer any advice. However, when I asked my unloading helpers to verify he then wanted to offer his two cents. By the time we were signing the paperwork and I was ready to rent so we could unload he seemed to become more friendly. He did offer me a good rate on the different unit as well. read more

I rented a 20x20 climate controlled unit at this location for about 6 months, and couldn't be happier with my experience. All of my items were in good condition when I retrieved them. The store manager, Troy, was especially helpful during the checkout process, helping me navigate an issue I was having with one piece of furniture which I needed to dispose of without many good options. He provided his expert opinion and made a few very helpful exceptions that really made our experience excellent. read more
