Stored 3 bedrooms worth of household items here for about 9 months while we looked for a home. My furniture got destroyed IN THE STORAGE UNIT! Somehow my Purple mattress, velvet sectional, leather bench and my Tory Burch crocodile tote got wet. Everything is moldy and the mattress had rat droppings all over it. The movers said when they picked up the mattress, water drained out of it. Anything made of fabric has a musty smell to it. I'm just trying to recover what I can. Since we didn't buy "their" insurance, they have offered no compensation. Renters insurance won't cover because there was no "event." I haven't even begun to assess all of the damage. Management won't claim responsibility but they did take unit 516 out of inventory. So far at least $6k in damage. They offered a free month's rent. Umm..no thanks

I was on a first-name basis with the owner and the staff. They remembered me every time I walked in the door and were very accommodating. I rented with them for 6 over years for my small business storage, and I can't recommend them enough. They are organized, have a very clean facility and the units are lit up. There are wide driveways for parking in front of your space and the turning radius is easy to navigate larger trucks. It's easy to get a hold of them, and I love the later gate access after their office business hours. You will not be disappointed here!
