She was right, but couldn't be bothered to actually check, nor could she be bothered to update the rental agreement. "Go to the app" was her suggestion. We had to have the same exact conversation about the wrong gas level being on the rental agreement when we brought the truck back because they tried to chage us an extra $50 for not returning the truck with the same amount of fuel. "You can update it yourself on the app." When people say that all the jobs will soon be replaced by robots, this is what they're talking about, and based on our experience, the employees at this location are actually in favor.

These units are rat infested even with the rat traps you see outside. The ceiling is open the length of each building so its a free-for- all of rats. Everything must be sealed. I was behind by one month actively on contact with the company letting then know what was going on…read more I had a past for balance for the month of November $105 +15 for a lock plus$20 late fee totaling past due $140 then accured the Dec balance of $105 so a balance totaling $245 on Dec 5 made a $212 payment paying the Nov past due of $140 per the clerk I only had$20 left to pay. I tried paying it online on Sunday dec 8 as that's as soon as I could come up with the remaining balance for unseen circumstances. I go online to pay it stays I now Owe $140 so I'm like 120 late fee??? I think not. I call customer service and they state my unit up for auction and I owe $246 still yet my payment or $212 was taken but not reflected this is ridiculous now my shit is being auctioned. I would've recommend this place to anyone. Can't even enter the payment in correctly. Now I'm going to lose all my belongings.
