I was in and out in 5 mins or less. And it also wasn't busy so no lines, no hassel. The little shop is inside of the Whole Foods market on Arden right next to the bakery. The lady at the counter was also very helpful and let me know how I will get my refund. The cool thing about it is that you don't have to print a label and package the item back. You can just come in with the packaging and present ur QR code to process the return. I highly recommend coming to this Amazon store for ur returns.

They're always so friendly greet you with a smile and are super fast at getting a long line taken care of quickly. I brought Cosmo in Maui my birds in today because they were running errands with me. It was nice to see that a business was friendly with pets in a birdie backpack visiting with their mom. Some businesses aren't as friendly about it, even though they're concealed in a backpack. It's nice to see that a local business not only handles business quickly and efficiently and friendly, but is open to pet babies visiting the store with their mom or dad's. Thank you UPS store for being amazing. Keep up the good work you guys got this!!

Its an amazing coincidence, Im sure. But every time I drop a return into their outgoing bin, if I don't scan it and get a receipt, the package miraculously disappears somehow. It's like a UPS miracle. Coincidence, I'm sure. Get a receipt every time or go elsewhere. Dissolving amazon returns with this level of reliability probably isn't casual customer theft. The joke will be on them soon. My next one will have an air tag in it.
