Today dec 13 at 3pm : I feel so much disappointed with the guy works here at this shift. I hope the manager could read this to improve your customer service. I order a charger on GameStop web, and it did not work . I bring it back for return / exchange whatever they could do. I have my order confirmation on my email , I have my bank information about my payment and the package. This is my first time to return package to GameStop. This guy didn't accept my return and ask me have to have package slip which put in the box when they delivered, if not he would not able to do any thing. Ok!!! I am back gone, try to look online about return information : and see what I found: i just need to sign in and get the package slip on my phone: can print or just show the picture to the staffs at store to return. They I did not print it, I keep the pic and go to another store . They helped me to return. So what is ur problem? The guy works there when didn't ask me fit a solution to do it. Just refused !!!! R u serious?

Came by and bought some Nintendo Switch games. Decent selection and friendly staff. Overall, it is good to support local business. 1-Up Retro Video Games…read more My girl and I randomly stumbled across this place while we were just walking around, and as soon as I saw the sign, I told myself, I have to go in here! I grew up playing video games, and I still play here and there, so I already knew this place was going to be pure nostalgia for me and it definitely was. I was a kid in a candy story and totally geeking out! Walking around the store brought back so many childhood memories. They had games I honestly haven't seen in over 30 years, along with all kinds of consoles and games from different generations. Some of these games I probably would never play again, but just seeing them on the shelves took me back. It was cool seeing the old-school Nintendo video game magazines. Some of those magazines have to be close to 30 years old! The entire store was basically one big nostalgia trip. I didn't end up buying anything, but I still enjoyed just walking around and checking everything out. If you grew up gaming or have played on different systems over the past 40 years, this is definitely a place worth checking out.

AVOID THIS PLACE I…read moreleft this video game store feeling disappointed with the way they handle pricing. The selection itself was decent, but it quickly became obvious that most of the games on display were higher-value titles. If you're hoping to browse affordable games or find a hidden bargain, you probably won't have much luck here. What really bothered me was the complete lack of price tags. None of the games I looked at had prices, so every time I wanted to know the cost, I had to ask an employee. Instead of having a set price, they would pull out their phone, search eBay, and base the price on whatever listings or recent sales they found at that moment. It made the entire shopping experience feel awkward and inconsistent. Without clearly marked prices, it's impossible to compare games or decide what fits your budget while browsing. It also gives the impression that prices can change depending on who is asking or what the current online market happens to be. A retail store should have transparent, clearly displayed prices rather than making customers wait while staff search online marketplaces. I understand that retro and collectible games fluctuate in value, but that's part of running a game store. Prices should be researched ahead of time and labeled on the shelves, not determined only after a customer expresses interest. Overall, the lack of pricing transparency and the reliance on eBay for on-the-spot pricing made the experience frustrating. I probably won't return unless they adopt a more consistent and customer-friendly pricing system.
