I had only some vague ideas of what we wanted but they were able to take them and create an absolutely fantastic plan that worked with the budget we had. They even set us up so we can build on the yard in the future in stages as our budget allows. They were able to get us scheduled quickly and were so efficient about doing the work. It was a huge job but the guys were incredibly professional and kept us looped in to how things were going along the way. The final product was beyond fantastic. The patio not only looks great but is graded appropriately to keep water away from the house and also allows us to eat and cook outside. The artificial turf not only looks amazing but is easy maintenance and great quality. The kids and dog love rolling around on it. They graded the whole yard to help maximize the usable space in our budget and the retaining wall they installed gives me so much peace of mind. The work was expensive but well worth it. They definitely set our family up for many great times ahead. I highly recommend them!!

Also gave me a quote for other work that was not requested but something we would have contemplated. Regardless never go the quote so went with someone who was way less expensive. Would love to put numbers in here to show the difference but since I never got the quote emailed to me I cannot tell you how much they would charge you. If you want to go through all the work for a quote and never get the quote, then this is your team.

My experience was disappointing. His designs are incomplete and therefore many decisions had to be…read moremade with his crew, which led to many misunderstandings. I asked for a water feature and he gave me a pond. The flagstone walkway was badly done, and is not walkable with bare feet since the gravel around it (which I did not ask for) spills all over the stone. He built a trellis that is dangerous. He fixed part of it but my 2 year old grandson just founds the flaw and fell badly. He won't finish the planting part, and has left me high and dry, without documenting where the capped valve is. He can't take criticism, and won't fix mistakes without charging you. Not a good vendor.

They specifically told me that they would deliver the rock between 9:00 and 3:00 p.m. and give me a call 1 hour ahead of delivery instead it was dumped in my driveway, blocking access and cars from getting in and out. When approached about giving me my delivery money back or trying to push the rock aside later in the day and after acknowledging that the original plan was clear they entirely ignored it and stated that they delivered the rock and they were done. Very dissatisfied.

The guys rushed the job on the drip system. Initially, they didn't bury the line, left the ground…read moreunlevel, installed the valve box in the wrong location and was uneven and they filled in all my water basins for my trees. Thomas gave an excuse that the box couldn't be installed by the fence and gave a lame excuse, saying that the incoming line was 1/2 inch but was increased to 3/4 inch and they wanted to use the 3/4 inch plumbing instead so we would have 3/4 inch pressure. The reason the previous plumbing was bumped up to 3/4 inch was because that is what we had. You can't increase the size and expect increased pressure, the amount of pressure will be 1/2 inch throughout. He just didn't want to dig a couple of more feet and install a new adapter. They did fix all the other issues but I never received photos of where the lines were buried like promised.
