They told me what the issue was and what they did to fix it. The reason I'm giving them a low rating is because my Milwaukee headlamp went missing after my visit. That was the last place I went before going home, and I had left the lamp on my passenger seat before handing them my keys so they could take the car to the back. I got my car back and everything. My mistake was not checking if all my belongings were still there before leaving, because honestly, I wasn't expecting anything to be missing when I was literally there waiting the whole time. Later that day, when I got home to install my door speakers, it had gotten dark, so I went to grab my lamp -- and it was gone. I had literally left it on the passenger seat before they took the car. Keep in mind, I keep my car clean, so it would've been easy to spot. I checked everywhere in the car, giving them the benefit of the doubt and thinking maybe they had moved it somewhere while working on it. After searching for a while, I tried calling, but they had already closed. The next day I called back. The same person who helped me said they remembered seeing the lamp and that they "left it there," and then told me they would check the cameras to see if any staff grabbed it thinking it was theirs. Like mf, you were literally in the back with them the whole time. That shit didn't make sense. All I know is it was there before the visit and gone right after. Broke nih activities
