I recently had a complete stereo system installed in my 2019 Toyota Tundra including the Alpine deck, 10 speakers in the doors and dash, 2 subwoofers w/box, 2 Amps, XM radio, Dynamat on all 4 doors and rear wall, front bumper camera, and all the wiring to make it work. Originally, I planned on installing it all myself and had purchased the all the items but later changed my mind after I realized how much work it was. That's when I looked up Bonnie & Clyde's and made an appointment for install. I spoke with Mason, the owner, and his brother about what I wanted and handed them the keys. Their senior installer handled my install start to finish and did an amazing job with everything. The finished product was immaculate; no cables were visible, everything fit right, and the vehicle still looked stock which was awesome. We sat in the truck for a test run of the new system and I gotta say...WOW! It sounds INCREDIBLE! Everything is tuned to perfection and I couldn't be happier. These guys really know their stuff. I plan on having the team at Bonnie & Clyde's do some work on my other vehicle in the near future. Their level of professionalism, attention to detail, pride in their work, and friendly "no pressure" approach to the way they handle business has made me a customer for life. They told me what the issue was and what they did to fix it. The reason I'm giving them a low rating is because my Milwaukee headlamp went missing after my visit. That was the last place I went before going home, and I had left the lamp on my passenger seat before handing them my keys so they could take the car to the back. I got my car back and everything. My mistake was not checking if all my belongings were still there before leaving, because honestly, I wasn't expecting anything to be missing when I was literally there waiting the whole time. Later that day, when I got home to install my door speakers, it had gotten dark, so I went to grab my lamp -- and it was gone. I had literally left it on the passenger seat before they took the car. Keep in mind, I keep my car clean, so it would've been easy to spot. I checked everywhere in the car, giving them the benefit of the doubt and thinking maybe they had moved it somewhere while working on it. After searching for a while, I tried calling, but they had already closed. The next day I called back. The same person who helped me said they remembered seeing the lamp and that they "left it there," and then told me they would check the cameras to see if any staff grabbed it thinking it was theirs. Like mf, you were literally in the back with them the whole time. That shit didn't make sense. All I know is it was there before the visit and gone right after. Broke nih activities

He should have verified the live view on the app before permanently sticking them down. Problems I found afterward: * Rear camera is mounted upside-down and left/right flipped * Front camera is not centered and needs to be moved more to the middle I contacted him about the issues and he said he would check the schedule. After that, he ghosted. For a $250 three-camera job, checking orientation and positioning on the app before using adhesive should be basic procedure. I ended up having to correct the problems myself. Would not recommend.

One thing you need to have handy to get an estimate are the measurements of the windows. Good thing my house windows are the same sizes which made the whole process easier. The only thing that was not the same size was the patio door. When I talked with James, he replies very fast and very friendly as well. He does an onsite consultation and gets the exact measurements, but unfortunately, I had to work during the week and no internet at the home yet and then of course all my belongings were still in California. However, he did mail me a package of tint to take a look at and all prices are the same no matter what you choose. I decided not to look anywhere else and just went with this company. The prices were great. I had my windows tinted in California and I paid 3 times as much, but then again I did have more windows too. The installer came the following week and got done within 5-6 hours as I had 13 windows to tint. The thing that made the process fast was everything was precut and ready to go and all I had to do was give them the measurements. I am sure I was probably off a little, but they managed to make the windows perfect. Overall, for great prices, awesome service and excellent feel for the house. Well money spent especially for the Texas heat. I will put in pictures later.

From the time I reached out and throughout the process the team communicated well. They handled all the other recommended repairs same day for significantly less than the dealership wanted to charge. I am sure thats why it's lifting. I said ok well will you fix the issues, he replied well I can trim it back. Well does that not defeat the purpose of having this installed. I have had many of these type of products installed on a few cars, those shops without question replace or fix the issue without questioning your washing habits. I understand this is a small shop, but he does not want to redo any work or warranty it, he will only make excuses why he should not warranty the work. Use a bigger shop and do you research, especially the after install service!
