This company is a joke! In August 2024 I had a deep cleaning done. During this cleaning one of the cleaners accidentally broke one of my freezer shelves. Ed let me know what happened and states he would replace the shelf and asked me to send a photo of my fridge make and model. I said no problem and sent it to him. He then contacts me and lets me know the part is on back order but he assures I will get it as soon as it's available. Months go by and no communication. I waited 3 months and still nothing so I text him, no response. Completely ghosted. A few more months go by and finally I call him to ask where my shelf is. He must really think I'm dumb with his asinine response. He proceeds to say what, you never received it!? No I haven't. If I had I would not be calling. Then he says he took the funds out of his employees check and she was instructed to get it to me and has since been let go however long ago. He says he is going to look into it and call me back that day. Again never heard anything back. I called him a week later and left a voicemail. Surprise surprise, I have not received a call back nor a text. DO NOT give this company your business! The owner will tell you what he thinks you want to hear and then never follow through. I will NEVER do business with this subpar cleaning company again and I suggest you don't either. read more

I received multiple quotes to do a deep clean on my home. I really appreciate that PBC is licensed and reputable, and it was a key reason for selecting them. PBC was also the company with the best customer service when I reached out for quotes. For my first visit, the team came in and did a good job. I did notice a few things missed after they left, and Ed was more than apologetic and offered to have his team come back to make things better. Not only did they return another day, but they did additional cleaning at the second visit (and he sent one of his best team members to make it right). Recommendation: Be clear about the services you need done as not all companies are the same, so ask for details of what's covered. I'm quite impressed with management's responsiveness and willingness to correct things. Would use them again. I'm sure overtime, my 4 stars will move up to 5. read more

I submitted inquiries through both Yelp and Thumbtack to find a company to do a move out clean. I had checklist from my property manager for what needed to be done. I hired PBC for the job. My understanding was they would send two cleaners for five hours and they were here from 2-6 on a Friday. At one point, one left to get lunch, returned a half hour later, and they ate lunch during that time and said the manager doesn't give them enough time to eat between jobs. I estimate that I paid for 10 man hours and got about 6ish at best. I had already vacuumed the primary, and they did not go over it again or do the edges which was what I needed. The interiors of all windows were untouched even though it showed on their website that it is included. They didn't touch the kitchen blinds, nor did they wipe out the oven. They didn't touch the slider, despite us leaving room to do so. And after they left, we found a mop water soaking stain on the upstairs hallway carpet. I reached out to the owner, he offered to send them back and asked for photos. Since this was a move out clean- sending back people was not an option, and after I sent him a photo of the water spill on the carpet he's since ghosted me. Overall- one star is sufficient. I had so many other quotes, all around the same cost, and I really wish I would have gone with someone else. I ended up doing another 2 hours on my own to make sure all the PMs boxes were checked. When we first contacted them a few months ago, they came and cleaned my house really well for my first deep cleaning. After that experience, having the cleaners show up on time was an issue. Then Ed offered to give me an hour free for my next cleaning due to the cleaners being late. I took him up on that offer and had scheduled a service to happen today and no one showed up. This is a REAL housecleaning service run by a REAL businessman. As a fellow entrepreneur, I was curious and asked Ed questions about his business. He employees about 30 people and runs 6-8 crews per day. If one person calls in sick, he has replacements to get the job done. One person on the crew is the Lead and is personally responsible for the homeowner's satisfaction. For the first deep cleaning, Ed sent 2 Leads out and then let me select who I wanted to move forward with. They did a great job, and the price was very reasonable. I requested a deep clean for my mother's house which would include cleaning the walls and carpets that needed a lot of TLC. I was assured that everything would be taken care of and left pristine. Upon arrival, one of the employees informed me that they do not remove stains from carpets. I contacted Ed and he immediately rectified the situation which was nice. They sent 2 employees for deep cleaning a 2800 square foot house. I was skeptical at first but would understand if they were extra efficient in getting the job done. Well one of the employees spent the entire 1st hour on the phone upstairs. I'm sure she was trying to future out the carpet situation since she told me and my mom that her boss was coming to take care of the stains on the carpets but it seemed like endless conversation which was pretty unprofessional. So we eventually ended up with 3 employees which seemed more appropriate. Upon further inspection, I'm quite disappointed in the overall quality of the cleaning. They completely skipped the living room (a pretty crucial room) and the 2nd bathroom upstairs is not at all clean let alone deep cleaned. And to top it all off, they charged me an additional hour because of their inability to staff appropriately, communicate effectively regarding the job, and unprofessionalism with speaking on the phone for an extensive amount of time. For $460, I'm pretty disappointed. I did this for my mother so she wouldn't have to worry about cleaning too much but she ended up re-doing what they did anyway. And it looks like I'm also going to have to spend the day cleaning the 2nd bathroom upstairs since it looks like they didn't touch it at all. I'm giving 2 stars for the kindness and professionalism with 2 of the 3 employees and for Ed who has been responsive and communicative with me. However, I would recommend going elsewhere if you are looking for a truly deep clean. read more

Originally, I was going to rate PBC Services 3 stars but then I received a receipt for an "additional hour" of work which I think is absolutely ridiculous. For staters, I requested a DEEP clean of my house and the ladies didn't even bother to wipe down my couch. After they left I grabbed a rag and wiped it down myself, only to prove that they didn't even touch it. There were crumbs and dog hair everywhere, and the rag was gray from how dirty the furniture was. The appliances in my daughter's room were disconnected, the decorations in my living room were in different arrangements, and the kitchen mats were still sticky and stained with blueberries. At first glance, everything looks clean. But when you really take a closer look, there's areas in the house that required more attention. The ladies were kind but the overall service could've been better and definitely needs improvement. All and all, I give this company a 2 out of 5. If it wasn't for the unnecessary extra charge, then perhaps I'd rate the company a 3 out of 5. read more

We had very bad experience with this vendor. Two cleaners came. One was extremely slow, it took him 4 hours to just do the windows for our house. They left before the 5 hours that was scheduled for my house's deep cleaning and didn't finish the work. Then I was charged for 6 hours of work. When I complained. They thankfully took off the extra hours and were willing to bring the crew back to do the work that they didn't finish. However, after having them over for 5 hours and not able to leave the house, I could not get them back. We discovered that the maid also didn't clean the oven, she sprayed it with something and left. We discovered this after starting to cook in the oven and then fumes of chemicals and really bad smell came out of the oven. We had to quickly turn it off. They ruined our meal as I am not sure what kind of chemicals they were using. We are still struggling to take that chemical off after this event. Horrible work! read more
