I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by Extreme Game Truck for my child's 10th birthday party. I had prepaid for the event, only to have them fail to show up, leaving 35 kids at the party feeling let down. To make matters worse, when I tried to contact them to inquire about the no-show, there was no one available to answer the phone. In a last-minute scramble, I reached out to other game truck companies, all of which were fully booked. However, Dan from MagicGameBus.com, despite not having a prior contract with me and being already booked, went above and beyond to help salvage the party. He managed to arrange for PartyGamethrilla.com to come to the rescue. Although they could only offer a scaled-down truck without WiFi, I was immensely grateful that we had something to entertain the kids. I find it egregious that Extreme Game Truck failed to fulfill their commitment, causing a delay of almost 3 hours and leaving 35 children eagerly awaiting a game truck that never arrived. Unlike smaller business owners like MagicGameBus.com, who have dedicated employees readily available to address any issues, Extreme Game Truck operates as a broker service, outsourcing their work and lacking the same level of accountability. The only compensation provided was a refund of service.. Despite having to settle for a scaled-down truck at a higher cost, the stress and disappointment experienced by the children and myself due to their no-show are simply unacceptable. As a customer who trusted them to deliver on a special occasion, I expect more from a company that offers event services. Moving forward, I urge Extreme Game Truck to take responsibility for their actions and improve their communication and reliability to prevent similar incidents from happening to other customers in the future. are brokers service and not truck owner so they have to contract out the work unlike small business owners like MagicGameBus.com that have employees and are available to take calls in case there is problem unlike Extreme. read more

We had an amazing time renting the Extreme Game Truck for my son's 9th Birthday Party. I reached out to receive quotes from all of the game trucks in the area. We decided to go with this one because they were priced right, very organized, and responsive. I even had to reschedule the game truck and they had fantastic customer service throughout the whole process. During the party, it was like a dream. The parents stayed inside the house hanging out and mentioned that "it's so quiet". The kids were all taken care of by Darren and his wife in the game truck, and didn't come inside until the truck left. They rotated the kids around and made sure that everyone was having a good time. We are a bit strict on what games we want our kids playing, and they made sure to follow our lead completely. We will definitely do this again! read more

After my six year old son told me he wanted a game truck at his birthday party the old man that I am had to Google what a game truck is haha And after researching and Yelping I found Extreme Game Truck. I called with a few simple questions and had was helped by a very helpful and patient gentleman named Robert. I booked about two weeks out from the day of the party and text Robert a few times in between. Every time with a concern and every time but as ease. The truck arrived at the time I requested which was a great way to kick off my experience with them. Along with the truck we had a very good employee names Nick. He was fantastic with all of the children. He answered all the questions that I had during the party and got along great with all the other parents. I couldn't have asked for a better truck attendant. The truck itself was awesome. Had plenty of room inside for all of the children. Plenty of televisions. And most importantly all of the games the children asked for and loved. The trailer was huge which was a delight. I'm almost 6'4 so it's a no brainier that I can't stand short spaces. Overall my experience with them and more importantly how much fun my son and his friends had was remarkable. I will use them again as well as recommend them to any and everyone I know looking for video game fun. They offer some food deals with reservations and top notch customer service. Great Gaming Truck - Best Experience! We used this gaming truck company because they had 6 screens and could service up to 24 kids simultaneously--which was the most we could find. The reviews looked promising and the pricing was comparable to others so we went with them and are VERY glad we did. The truck arrived early to our home, was able to maneuver/park in the small space where we needed it to be, and the game coordinator was friendly with us and the kids. The truck itself was very clean on the inside an didn't look ripped up from overuse; and with the changing ceiling lights, we got a little bit of ambiance. Lol. The gaming truck comes with a generator which I realize now is great if you want to bring the party to a park or other public venue because you're not providing electricity--they take care of all that. Our party ending up falling on a rainy day, so this was perfect because all the kids were dry/safe inside the truck and afterwards, they could come inside the house. Overall, I'd recommend and use them again. read more

We recently booked Extreme Game Truck for my son's 10th birthday. The kids had a blast, staff/driver got there a little early as promised to set up very nice and polite. The reason I am not giving a 5 star was because the generator did not work. So we had to provide a few of my extension cords to connect to my home/ my electricity. It really was an inconvinience because I needed one of those extensions for my lights in the back yard. lets not forget i am still hosting a party other than the kids in the truck. There was no offer for a discount or any extra time.. Nothing. The truck does look a little out dated I can tell the website has not been updated in a while. The inside of the truck looked a little dirty I understand kids go in there but i would suggest cleaning in between parties :) Overall the kids had fun and that's what matters but I also look at the business side since I am paying for this service. read more

He was on time and ready right when we needed him. He was so good with all the kids, he made sure they knew how to play the games. I work at an elementary school and booked Extreme Game Truck as an attendance incentive for our students. The customer service is great so the booking process was really easy. Mike was the Game Coach that was assigned to us the day of the event and he was really wonderful to work with. The game truck was at our school for 7 hours and about 530 students rotated through the truck that day. Mike was really patient and kept things running smoothly the entire time so our students had a blast. I highly recommend Extreme Game for school/ work events and/ or birthday parties. This was the perfect surprise for my son's 13th birthday party! The gametruck was very affordable, they allowed me to plan ahead and split the cost into two payments. Whent he truck arrived at my house, it was loaded with TV's, game systems, controllers and FUN! Two staff members came with the truck and organized the kids into teams to make sure everyone got plenty of play time and stayed engaged. I loved this game truck, I had an evening party this past weekend (11/14/15) and it was perfect. From the heated interior, to the limousine feel of the truck.
