I thought they were quite expensive for cleaning half my house (~800 sq. ft.) for $270, but I was willing to just let that go since they were able to schedule me in quickly. What pissed me off is the negligence. I was working at home while they were here and I told the ladies I didn't need the area where I'm working cleaned, however after one of the ladies asked for the 3rd time to clean the area, I said she can vacuum the couch real quick. I went downstairs while she vacuumed, when I came back up my internet was unplugged. Now the lady claimed it was the vacuum, but seriously there is NO possible way the vaccum could have pulled that cable out of my router. The next day, I noticed one of my blinds in that room was taped back together. She broke my blind and unplugged my internet (while I'm working my job!) to distract me from the broken blind. She also broke a blind downstairs, but didn't bother taping it. Just threw the broke part away since that blind could be hidden behind the couch downstairs. I won't be welcoming them back. read more

Recently worked with this company about doing a move-out cleaning for a fairly new and clean condo (built in late 2016). Let me just say it's not a good experience. I thought the work would be quickly done for this rate ($65/hr per cleaner) and this already-clean unit, but it took more hours that it should be. Then after several hours of work, I was told I needed to pay additional cost for cleaning up the garage (except that there was little to clean for the garage. Plus it was agreed in the beginning that it's the whole house including the garage). The owner also repeatedly asked for the money, even though we told them to invoice us (we were not present) and we would mail a check next day (we actually had to physically drive to her house and deliver a check the same day). Totally unprofessional. The whole experience truly made me wish I had chosen another company. read more

I had an emergency and needed my apartment cleaned the next day. I called EGC, because I used their services before. Luz, who is the very understanding, efficient and fast acting manager, rearranged the schedule and sent me two angels, Sonia and Elsa, the next day. They immediately assessed what needed to be done and got to work. My apartment has not looked this good since I moved in and Iam thrilled!!! The girls at Extreme Green Cleaning saved my family! We had a slab leak in our home and the construction people didn't put up a proper containment so dust went EVERYWHERE. I can't say enough about how great Mrs Luz and her ladies are. Talking to her over the phone was very easy and pleasant. She pays close attention to everything I said and to what I needed done. The ladies arrived a little early and were ready to get to work. Just as advertised, they had all the supplies and equipment needed to get the job done. I left them alone in the house cause I didn't want to get in their way so I just cleaned the garage and the shed. A couple hours later I went to get them some refreshments. I knew they were hard at work but as soon as I entered the house, I was truthly amazed. The first thing I noticed was the smell as I opened the door. So clean and refreshing. I do not recommend this cleaning service. For deep cleaning of a house costing $ 620.00, I would have expected a much better job. The 2 cleaners spent almost 7 hours cleaning our 2 story 5 bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom home. Four of the rooms did not have any items in them. They vacuumed, cleaned the bathrooms that were already mostly clean, and most of the windows which were left with streaks. The kitchen counters were left with the grout still very dirty, and they did not clean anything at all in the laundry room. There was also a steady leak that developed in the bathtub faucet after the cleaning which we had to fix. Such a disappointment. read more

Unfortunately, I can't recommend this company. I should have read the negative reviews more thoroughly before booking them for a deep clean. Although the owner and cleaners were friendly and prompt, our "deep clean" was less than satisfactory. We had specific spots we asked to be cleaned that were left untouched: the closet racks were still covered with dust, microwave exterior was still greasy, cabinet doors still dirty, bathroom walls still grimy, dust still in the vents, the list goes on. I didn't have time to come check the job right away when the team was done, but I contacted the owner and she sent out another team the same day. That was appreciated, but the second team also missed some more spots. When the owner asked me about how the second team did, I let her know, and she stopped responding. It wasn't inexpensive either. I had a party that day and had to spend the whole morning cleaning my house. She then sent me a text without confirming early on that her team is scheduled to come out to clean my house the Tuesday after. Finally a team of two came to clean my house a week later. She had given me an estimate of $150 and then ended up charging me over $200. The girls who came over spent 30 minutes talking to each other and the owner to let me know that it is going to take them more time to clean my house instead of cleaning. On short notice, they came in and did a very deep cleaning of a relative's home. I'm talking dust bunnies on toys on open shelves, grime on, well everywhere! They had the glass shower doors sparkling clear and clean... and I thought they were frosted!! AND they cleaned up a tub that had not been working right and had massive rings too. Pricey, but good cleaning job. We had some miscommunications about the cost and quote because I was out of town. The two ladies came in the morning when our babysitter was at the house. They didn't give her a quote (she didn't ask) and the owner didn't call or text me with it (she wasn't at the house - quoted it site-unseen). Two people were at our 2500 sq ft house all day (7.5 hours). At the end of the day, the price was $550, which I think it very high (especially since the house wasn't exactly dirty in the first place). We spoke afterwards and renegotiated to a lower price I was happier about. It's possible we'd use them again for regular cleanings. read more

She was exceedingly patient with me as I had to cancel twice due to delays with painters and flooring. When I could finally get someone in she sent Lucy and Jasmine who were wonderful! WOW! After their initial detail cleaning, I cannot recommend them enough! My house is SPARKLING. I work full-time so sometimes it's really hard to keep up with all of the dusting, vacuuming, etc. It was so nice to come home to a clean and tidy house! I called Luz on 10/29/2015 to make an apartment cleaning appointment. Luz offered an 11:00AM appointment for 10/31/2015, which I was surprised for such a short notice.So I re-confirmed the appointment with her before hanging up. On Saturday, October 31, 2105, I waited for the cleaning staff to show up at 11:00 am, and they did not show... I called at 12:00 noon, and asked Luz what happen to today's 11:00 am cleaning appointment. Luz quickly claims that the appointment was for next Saturday... no apologies offered, and gave the implication that I heard her incorrectly. She did offer to send a cleaning crew that was finishing up, but I feared that the quality of cleaning would be cut short due to the impromptu re-scheduling. What Luz should have done was apologize right away for the misunderstanding, and should have offered a token discount for the re-appointment to show how much she wanted the business. For years, I have used national brand cleaning services when I was in the Inland Empire, but since moving to Ventura county, I have never experience this type of service just to make an appointment. I was looking for a cleaning service to clean our 3 bed/2 bath home (about 1,600 sq. ft.). After calling another cleaning service that never returned my call, I found Extreme Green Cleaning here on Yelp. I talked to Luz and she was great. She gave me an estimate over the phone. Best thing was I was able to text with her back and forth and schedule the cleaning within a week! Carmen and another lady from Luz's team showed up right around the time they said they would. After looking through our place they told me how much it was going to be and it was a lot more than Luz's estimate. It was the first time they were cleaning our place and needed to do a deep clean. We pared down what we needed cleaned and settled on a price for cleaning the living room, kitchen, dining area two bathrooms and master bedroom. I'm not sure what the going price is for cleaning services and while the price still seemed a bit high, it was fair for the amount of work they were going to do. Their work was great! They brought their own cleaning vacuums and cleaning supplies. They vacuumed, thoroughly cleaned both bathrooms and the kitchen, dusted and cleaned the baseboards. They were even going to change out our bedding and make the bed in the master bedroom but we had just changed it out ourselves recently. The were pleasant to talk to and was good about working around me while I worked from home. I've looking to do a monthly service and have scheduled another cleaning with Luz. I'm still not sure what the going rate is for monthly service in the area. I'll update this post with how it goes. read more

After reading the Yelp reviews, I was so excited to finally have my first housecleaning service. I'll start with the pros: they got the job done considering my kid's bathroom was in bad shape. My master bathroom looked so much better! They got most of the mold and mildew out for all baths. So I'm satisfied. Luz also scheduled me right away the next day after I called and I needed service ASAP. It was a good start. Cons: The appointment was for 2pm and they showed up at 11-1130am. Luckily my husband was home but I missed it all. But that was ok since someone was home. The bigger issue is for the price of $90hr - I expected detailed very detailed cleaning. Dirty corners were missed, the front of the tub not thoroughly cleaned, and light switches not as disinfected like I expected. I re-cleaned anything I found missed. Their cleaning towels were left on top of my bathroom towels on the towel bars that we use. I've heard people say there's a new shine and almost brand new look when they get services from others. I didn't get that overall. Just here and there. Luz text me to ask if price was good. I was honest and shared above feedback. I never heard back. read more
