Avoid! This started out as 5 stars. We have been using Jessica and her team for a long time. They do a good job. We liked them a lot, but their biggest issues are reliability and communication. I'm never 100% sure they are coming. Jessica is not good about texting back or confirming appointments. This last occasion, and our last straw, was I had booked her a month out for a cleaning before I had family in town. She didn't respond which was normal so I didn't think anything of it. Then, a week out, I texted to confirm again. No response again. Finally, when I reached out again and with less than 2 days notice, she responds and says that she had an emergency and went out of town. I asked if she could do it when she got back and she wasn't able to rearrange her other clients, so she said no. Just left me with no one. Could've cared less. She could've let me know so much sooner! Now, I'm stuck looking for someone else with no time to do so! We are going to clean ourselves and never hire Manex again. They are not reliable or considerate. And today, Jessica lost a good customer. So disappointed. read more

We have hired MANEX Cleaning Services for our weekly commercial cleaning services. The quality of cleaning is great!

I hired them for detail cleaning but skipped the kitchen floors and dining area which is just same room... they stated that it was included for 1st time deep cleaning. Also under the bed were still very dusty. Zillion percent I wouldn't hire them again. I have their texts for proof and the photos for doing a so so job.. I paid them more what they asked... They came back to do kitchen floors and was in a rush and banging chairs in the kitchen... over all I will not rehire them and unfair to lie but I cannot recommend this company... very minimal knowledge with it comes to over all cleaning and detail per say... cobwebs in the bathroom , and dust under the floor .. I offered them to use my Miele vacuum since their vacuum was so so bad y sadly Jessica was pulling the cord and didn't even know how to use it. It is sad but over all not even a star... read more

We have a rental property in Oxnard where We just finished 3 weeks of renovation, it was time for whole house cleaning prior to the next tenants coming in. I had already received quotations from a few other local services. I had one instance where One company initially quoted the exact identical price of Manex, only later they tripled their quotation before starting? That's crazy & Unprofessional... So we kept calling until we found this company, Manex. They showed up roughly on time, a two-person team. I had other work to do on property for a while, so I watched periodically as we also were working. I was impressed with the attention to detail, everything was proceeding just fine. When they were about halfway through, I was so satisfied that I ran off to buy them a couple of large horchatas, and some carnitas tacos. When almost finished I felt comfortable and trusting with them. The results were rather nice and reasonably thorough. The neighbors asked what I thought early on in the job, and I explained my approval to them. They agreed to try working with them to do their house! However, after walking them over... The son who lived next door suggested he was not quite ready for a house cleaning, not just yet? So I guess they had to just figure it out. Maybe they'll hire them soon? As for myself... I'm ready to hire them again just as soon as we need cleaning service. Help at one of our other properties in Ventura County. So why five stars? Because they fully deserve it! No doubt whatsoever...
