After the solid clean of all surfaces, we had him clean the upholstered couches and chairs, all the windows inside and out (including the screens), he did all the cabinetry in the house, then he pressure washed all the outdoor areas (concrete and decking) and got on the roof and cleaned the skylights. My kitchen counter tops were not cleaned, either was the mantle above the fire place & the floors were not all mopped. At first glance, it looked great but as we walked around we realized that a lot of spots were missed. They even left marks from the mop on my stairs which wasn't even there before they came.
