He was combative when I questioned his "cleaning" of my air ducts which consisted of taking an old shop vac and vacuuming my vents. I told him that he did not clean my air ducts and he insisted that he got 90% of the dirt out of them and I told him he had no way of knowing that. He did not use the machine that was listed on his invoice. He did vent cleaning and not air duct cleaning and totally misrepresented his service. It was a joke! Regarding the windows not one of them is satisfactory and some of them are totally streaked. When I pointed some of the areas out he said "well if you want to go over it with a fine tooth comb" and got irritated. I know he did not touch some of the screens at all. I told him that I hired a professional so they would look better than if I did them myself. He knew I had to leave my house at 4:30 and at 4:24 he hadn't started putting the screens back on from the inside and said he had plenty of time which he didn't and he made me run late. The next day when the sun hit my windows I called asking for a full refund which he refused saying it was my OPINION and he did a fine job. I had already texted him photos showing how bad his job was. I could go on and on about him. I see there's a review from 4/26/24 from a woman that I should have read before hiring him.
