    Don't use the air machine. The display doesn't work and you can't tell what the psi is set to. Don't bother stopping here if you need air.

Within approximately 50 miles, I discovered multiple defects that should never have made it past a pre-delivery inspection: peeling and bubbling paint on the driver's door, defective window tint, damaged steering wheel trim, a rear bumper scuff, and damage to the front grille. I dropped the vehicle off on June 16 and was initially told it would take 4-5 days to determine the next steps. Instead, the process dragged on for weeks with little communication. Most updates only came after I reached out myself, and the response was usually that they were still "waiting." It took nearly two weeks just to get the paint repair approved, and only after Honda Corporate became involved and opened a case. I also went more than a week without a loaner while my brand-new vehicle sat at the dealership. While Eduardo was professional and courteous whenever we spoke, the overall experience has been unacceptable. Spending nearly $60,000 on a new vehicle only to have it spend its first three weeks in the shop for multiple defects is not what any customer should expect. The most frustrating part is that I still don't have the vehicle I paid for. A brand-new Honda should not require body shop work almost immediately after purchase, and customers should not have to chase down updates for weeks to find out what's happening with their vehicle. Between the quality control issues, lack of proactive communication, missed timelines, and extended repair process, this has been one of the most disappointing new-car purchase experiences I've ever had. I expected far better from First Texas Honda.

    This company restored our faith in humanity during an impossible situation with our moving company…read more The owner, Hit, and his crew went out of their way to help us at absolutely zero benefit to themselves. We were not their customers, but when they found our precious belongings abandoned on the side of the highway with the moving truck they were there to tow, Hit tracked us down and did everything in his power to make it right. He and the crew spent 18 hours picking up every piece, things that anyone else would have thrown in the dumpster or left to rot (the moving company had done just that). Because of this selfless effort on their part, my husband and I were reunited with heirlooms from our grandparents, important papers, memories, things that would have broken our hearts to lose permanently. "Thank you" will never be enough for these guys. Everyone should turn to this company for their towing/roadside needs, because you can feel confident that they will treat you with compassion and respect as a customer and a human being. This level of integrity and honesty is hard to come by, but such a blessing when you find it.

Needing a tow, transport or service is stressful enough without getting overcharged or treated poorly! Statewide sure took the stress out of the service we needed (we needed a piece of construction equipment relocated) - and I certainly will call them again for ANY towing needs I have - business AND personal! Towing companies don't always get love from their customers - but I saw Statewide's 5 stars reviews and suspected they are doing something right ! 5 shooting stars!
